1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how ECONINTECH INC (“ECONINTECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with UniScope AI, the Android application with package name com.uniscope.ai (the “App”), and the web-based service that the App loads from https://uniscopeai.org/.
The App provides educational and informational content about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital assets, financial markets, financial literacy, market developments, and related topics. This may include news, articles, explanations, guides, market prices, charts, and statistics.
This Policy covers information processed by the App, its integrated web content, and the third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) we include. It also covers information you provide when contacting us.
2. Core Access and Financial Credentials
You do not need to submit identifying personal information merely to read or access the App’s core educational and informational content. In particular, core access does not require your legal name, home address, telephone number, personal email address, government-issued identification, payment card details, or financial account credentials.
The App is not a cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, broker, custodian, bank, payment service, or investment management service. It does not hold or control your funds, sign blockchain transactions on your behalf, or require you to connect a cryptocurrency wallet.
We do not require private keys, seed or recovery phrases, wallet passwords, exchange login credentials, bank passwords, wallet balances, or transaction histories to provide these educational features. Do not send us private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or other financial security credentials, including when making a privacy request.
The absence of a requirement to enter identifying information does not mean that the App processes no personal data. Technical identifiers, network information, and usage information may be processed automatically as described below.
3. Information We Process
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, we process the contact details, message, and supporting information you provide so that we can respond, investigate your concern, or handle your request. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.
Technical and network information
When the App connects to our web service or its supporting infrastructure, technical information may be processed, including:
IP address and request timestamps;
device model, operating system and version, and App version;
device language, locale, and time zone;
network and connection information;
information about content requested and technical interactions with the service; and
error, diagnostic, or performance information generated while operating the service.
The information processed depends on the service involved and your use of the App. IP addresses and technical identifiers may qualify as personal information even when they do not include your name. An IP address may also reveal an approximate country or region; it is not the same as precise GPS location.
Installation, attribution, and notification identifiers
The App includes AppsFlyer and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations. These components process installation, device, or messaging identifiers for the purposes explained in Sections 5 and 6.
The Android App also creates a separate, randomly generated installation identifier and stores notification-related information locally. These identifiers are not cryptocurrency wallet identifiers and do not provide access to your funds.
4. How Information Is Used
We use information for the following purposes, as relevant to the information and feature involved:
delivering educational content, news, charts, and market information;
operating the App and its web-based features;
delivering and managing notifications;
measuring App installations and launches and understanding the effectiveness of App promotion;
diagnosing technical problems and maintaining reliability;
protecting our service and investigating misuse or suspected fraud;
responding to correspondence and privacy requests; and
meeting applicable legal obligations and resolving disputes.
We do not use technical information to obtain your private keys, recovery phrases, or financial account passwords.
5. AppsFlyer and Attribution
The App uses AppsFlyer, provided by AppsFlyer Ltd. and its affiliates, for installation attribution and marketing measurement. Attribution helps us understand how users find and install the App and assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Depending on platform availability and the relevant attribution features, AppsFlyer may process the Google Advertising ID, an AppsFlyer identifier, IP address, device and App information, installation and launch events, and campaign or referral information. Technical signals may also be used to identify invalid or fraudulent attribution activity.
In the Android version covered by this Policy, AppsFlyer is initialized when the App starts. Its technical processing is separate from whether you manually submit identifying information or allow notification display.
You can manage the advertising identifier using the privacy or advertising settings available on your Android device. Resetting, deleting, or restricting an advertising identifier does not necessarily remove previously collected information or stop processing that uses other technical identifiers.
AppsFlyer’s handling of information is described in its Services Privacy Policy. This provider policy supplements our explanation; it does not replace our responsibility for the integration and its configuration.
6. Firebase and Push Notifications
The App uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications and Firebase Installations to identify an installation of the App. These services process installation and messaging identifiers and relevant App and device configuration information.
The App stores its Firebase messaging token and a separate random installation identifier on the device. It makes the notification status and these identifiers available to the integrated UniScope AI web interface so that the Android and web components can coordinate notification functionality.
Firebase initialization and the creation of technical identifiers may occur before you allow the display of notifications. On Android versions that require notification permission, the App requests that permission before displaying notifications that require it. You can turn notification display off in the Android settings for UniScope AI.
Turning notification display off does not, by itself, delete previously created identifiers or information already processed by Firebase or other services. Privacy and deletion requests are addressed in Section 12.
Further information is available in Privacy and Security in Firebase and Firebase’s Android data disclosure documentation.
7. Web Content and Local Storage
The App uses an embedded browser component to display the UniScope AI web service. Information processed through web content that we operate remains within the scope of this Policy.
The web interface and supporting services may use cookies, browser storage, cached content, and similar technologies to support functionality, maintain preferences or session state, and deliver content. The App also stores settings and notification-related identifiers in its local application storage.
The App supports Android system backup. Depending on your device, operating system, and backup settings, eligible local information may be included in backups or transferred to another device and subsequently restored.
Clearing App storage or uninstalling the App generally removes its local working data. It does not necessarily delete information held on servers, by service providers, or in system backups. Android provides separate controls for system backups.
8. Market Data and Other Service Providers
We use third-party services to support the App, including:
AppsFlyer, for attribution and marketing measurement;
Google Firebase, for installation identification and messaging; and
providers of hosting, content delivery, technical infrastructure, news, market data, prices, charts, and statistics.
When the App or its integrated web interface communicates directly with a provider, that provider may receive the network and technical information associated with the request, such as the IP address, request time, device or browser information, and requested content. When our server obtains content on the App’s behalf, the provider may instead receive a request from our server. We do not need to send wallet security credentials to obtain public market information.
Providers process information according to their roles, applicable agreements, and privacy terms. We remain responsible for the data-handling choices we make when integrating SDKs and services into the App.
We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or lawful request, protect legal rights, address fraud or security incidents, or complete a business reorganization or transfer with the safeguards and notice required by applicable law.
The App may link to independent news sources, educational resources, financial or cryptocurrency platforms, social networks, or other websites. If you choose to visit an independent service, its operator may collect information under its own privacy policy.
This distinction does not exclude our integrated web content or SDKs from this Policy. Please review an independent service’s privacy and security practices before providing personal or financial information to it.
Our policy prohibits selling personal and sensitive user data collected through the App for monetary payment. This restriction covers technical identifiers and device information as well as information you submit. It also applies to the SDKs and service providers that process App data on our behalf.
The App does transmit technical information to providers, including AppsFlyer and Firebase, for the purposes described in this Policy. Using service providers for those purposes is distinct from selling information. These transmissions must still be disclosed and handled according to the applicable data protection and platform requirements.
11. Retention and Security
We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. Relevant criteria include whether information is still needed to operate a feature, the age and usefulness of technical records, outstanding support requests, security investigations, legal requirements, and dispute-resolution needs.
Local settings and cached content may remain until replaced, cleared, or removed. Notification identifiers may need to be replaced as installations and messaging registrations change. Information processed by providers is also subject to the retention arrangements and practices applicable to their services. Removing the App does not automatically erase those records.
When a valid deletion request applies, we address information under our control and, where appropriate, instruct providers processing it on our behalf to delete it. Information may be retained where a legitimate legal, security, or fraud-prevention reason requires it. We explain any applicable limitation when responding to a request. Backup copies may persist until their applicable retention or replacement cycle ends.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures to protect information. The Android App is configured to load the main UniScope AI service using HTTPS and to disallow cleartext HTTP traffic. These measures do not constitute a guarantee that any system is completely secure.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy or transfer of your information, restriction of processing, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority.
To exercise a right or request deletion, write to the address in Section 16, mark your correspondence “UniScope AI Privacy Request,” and describe your request. Provide a reply address and the minimum information needed to identify the records concerned. Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
Because core access does not require identifying information, we may be unable to associate technical records with you from your name alone. We may request proportionate additional information to locate records and verify a request. We will explain if we cannot reasonably identify the relevant records or if an applicable exception limits the request. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Device settings provide separate controls for notification display, advertising identifiers, App storage, and backups. Those controls affect different functions; changing one does not necessarily change the others. Reading this Policy or enabling notifications does not, by itself, provide consent to unrelated processing.
13. International Processing
ECONINTECH INC is located in the United States. Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be supported by the appropriate safeguards. Information about the handling of a particular privacy request or the providers involved can be requested using the contact details below.
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through the App. Where applicable law establishes a higher age or additional protections, those requirements apply.
If you believe that a child’s personal information has been processed inappropriately, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Our statement about information requested from users does not mean that technical SDK processing cannot occur when the App is opened.
15. Educational Content and Policy Updates
The App’s content is for educational and informational purposes. It is not personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and ECONINTECH INC does not make investment decisions on your behalf through the App. Market content does not constitute an offer or solicitation to transact in a financial instrument or digital asset.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, its providers, data-handling practices, or applicable requirements. We will revise the “Last Updated” date when we do so and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Any newly introduced processing must be assessed and reflected in the applicable disclosures.
