Ticketing and Timing Information
Attendees can register for:
Regular (non-student): $50
Student: $25
Workshop 1: $25
Workshop 2: $25
Both workshops: $50
Note. Registration for ECOLT 2026 will close on November 6th. Workshop attendees should be registered by October 31st to ensure a spot and must register for the conference.
Refund Policy: You may request a refund at any time up until but no later than October 31, 2026. We are unable to process refunds after this date.
Registration Instructions
Enter in your information in the registration fields. Select your type of registration. Please only select student registration if you are a student. When you have completed all fields, click “Continue”.
You will be taken to a page that shows the items in your cart. Please check that everything is correct. You can add workshops to your order on the next page. Click “Checkout”. If you click “Continue shopping”, you can find your order information by clicking the shopping cart logo.
You can register for workshops only after you have registered for the conference. If you do not want to attend a workshop, click “Continue”. Otherwise, click “Additional Products: Workshop Attendance”.
Click “Proceed to register and checkout”.
You can select to attend workshop 1, workshop 2, or both. After you have made your selection, click “Continue”.
Once you select a workshop, it will show up in your shopping cart when you click “Continue.”
Please confirm all information in your shopping cart is correct at this point.
Note: even if you don’t register for a workshop, there will be a blank “Workshop attendance” field in your shopping cart. This will not charge you for a workshop, but you can delete it if you wish.
When you are ready, click “Checkout” and then click “Continue”. The system will prompt you for your email address again. After this, you can enter in your payment information by Credit Card or Apple Pay. We are unable to take checks or cash payments.
Once you have paid, you may print your order for your records.
