Location: Remote, extensive field work in native district but personal vehicle for travel is not allowed; to prevent pollution in the environment. Frustration, anger and testosterone are the most dangerous drugs on the highway; neither they help for longevity nor they speed up us towards our mission.

Job responsibility: The primary objective of this role in the probation period is to authorize, at least one Enrollment Associate (E.A.) at every village (which contains a population more than 5000) of your district. Subsequent to it, test eligibility of the students enrolled by them (the E.A.), and send qualified students to the Institute.
Daily responsibility In probation period: Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate. If you can do this, join our team.
*The above filter is meant to keep away short sighted person; who don't have confidence in their capabilities to show us their performance. We are looking for persons who are ambitious enough to get into the top 1% earners of india & have foresight; to become future CEOs.

We are looking for talented freshers as District Business Development Executive and experienced Marketing guys as Regional Business Development Executive to join our nationwide team of Eco-Evangelists for the organization's rapid growth.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; with passion for sales & Marketing/Business Development/Administration with a strong desire to grow along with the organization at a fast pace.
- Pay Scale:
Regular CTC 4 to 18 lac, (depending upon the performance in the probation period) after successful completion of probation period of three to nine months. (for detail see)
In probation period:
Stipend for a probation period of three months: 15 thousand per (26 days) month.

In probation period:
Create a list of local educators: Find self employed or underemployed tutors everywhere. Ask friends and family for recommendations. Use this online tool to store their contact information.
Taking prior appointments via Telephone
Visiting prospects to find suitable person at every village (which contains a population more than 5000) of your district to authorize them as an Enrollment Associate. Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate.
Digital/Social media awareness campaign, Map Tagging
SMS campaigning
Onsite promotion: Poster/Banner/ write up etc.
Promotion at Public Gatherings/Haat/Bazar/Mela/Function/Party etc.
Test eligibility of the students enrolled by the E.A., and send qualified students to the Institute of Kitchenopathy®
Making travel arrangements of students.
Other necessary activities to achieve and outperform your targets.
In the districts touching the border of your home district, you have to recruit your "BBA/MBA or Post Graduate Management Diploma holder" Junior or Batch mate in the role of District Business Development Executive by taking them to visits and getting them to apply from the company site.
After probation period:
Spreading words to find franchisees.
Conducting telephonic & one to one interaction for selection and award of franchisees.
Mutual coordination between Eco-Hub® & Eco-Doot and Eco-Doot & Franchisee, as and when required or from time to time.
Participating in social gatherings to get to know about prospective franchisees.
Maintaining public relation for increased favourable word of mouth publicity.
Spreading words to find Eco-doot (Eco-Ambassador).
Being present at least two social gatherings of each Eco-Doot/Franchisee: (@wedding celebrations, birthdays or anniversaries); and presenting gifts etc. on behalf of the company.
Meeting periodic revenue goals & targets; via: Advertising, Business management, Business administration and Office functions; Consultancy, Auction Services, Negotiation of business contracts for others, Marketing, Outsourced administrative management & business assistance for client companies, Sales promotion for clients "which includes: Auctioneering, Business assistance relating to the establishment of Franchises, Business Consultancy, Commercial administration of licensing of goods & services of others, Distribution intermediary services, Business management of sports people, finding & grooming Models/ influencers for advertising, sales or business promotion, Negotiation and conclusion of commercial transactions for third parties, Negotiation of business contracts for others, Targeted marketing, Updating and maintenance of information in registries”.
14. Performance Parameters:
On the daily basis:
Take Telephonic appointments to fix a meeting time and venue with a pre qualified prospect (to whom you have identified as a prospect or somebody advised you to meet him/her for your mission: enrollment of student for “30-day job oriented practical training course for graduate students” at Institute of Kitchenopathy®).
Visit at least 5 new prospects and follow up at least one pre qualified Enrollment Associate or Counsel student for the admission.
At the end of every new visit ask politely; for at least two to five referrals; for prospective Enrollment Associate/ student.
On the monthly basis:
Achieve your target of 30 student Enrollments. If you give two scholarships in a month, then to achieve your target of 30; you have to enroll 29 ordinaries plus two Scholarship students and count them as one to achieve your target.
Your monthly average student Enrolment; should be 30+ with the help of all your visited prospective Enrolment Associate (the Juniors/Colleagues, Professors, Teachers, Dealers etc).
