EchoLingo(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者 Satoshi(以下「開発者」)が提供する、音声翻訳・語学学習アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたり取り扱う情報について説明するものです。
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用します。
本アプリは、話しかけた内容を文字に変換する「音声認識」機能のためにマイクを使用します。音声データは、お使いの端末のシステム機能(Android標準の音声認識サービス)を通じて処理されます。この処理には、お使いの端末の設定によりGoogleの音声認識サービスが利用される場合があります。開発者自身が音声データを保存・収集することはありません。
話した内容や翻訳結果は、Google が提供する ML Kit Translation により、主に端末上で処理されます。翻訳に必要な言語データ(モデル)は、初回利用時にインターネット経由でダウンロードされます。
クラウド翻訳データ(プレミアム会員)
プレミアム会員がオンライン接続時に利用できる「高精度翻訳」機能をご利用の場合、話した内容や翻訳対象のテキストは、翻訳処理のためにGoogle Cloud Translation API(Googleが提供するクラウド翻訳サービス)に送信されます。送信された内容は翻訳処理のみに使用され、開発者がこれらのテキストを保存・閲覧することはありません。詳しくはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
「保存」機能を使って保存した翻訳内容やカテゴリ分けの情報は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。
本アプリは、以下の情報を収集・保存しません。
アカウント登録に関する個人情報(本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません)
氏名、メールアドレスなどの連絡先情報
位置情報
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

Android 標準の音声認識サービス:お使いの端末の設定に基づき、音声をテキストに変換します。

Google Play 課金システム(サブスクリプション決済):プレミアムプランのご購入・管理には、Google Playの課金システムを利用します。クレジットカード情報等の決済情報は開発者に共有されず、Googleによって処理されます。詳しくはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリは、Google AdMobを利用して広告を表示しています。AdMobは、広告の配信や効果測定のために、広告識別子(Advertising ID)などの情報を利用する場合があります。詳しくはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、個人を特定する情報を収集しないため、お子様が利用される場合も特別な個人情報の収集は行われません。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更した場合は、本ページ上で更新日を改定してお知らせします。
データの削除について
本アプリは、アカウント登録機能を持たないため、保存されたデータ(翻訳履歴等)はすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されています。アプリをアンインストールすることで、これらのデータは完全に削除されます。その他、データの取り扱いに関するご質問やリクエストがある場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

EchoLingo (the "App") is a voice translation and language-learning app provided by an individual developer, Satoshi (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App uses your device's microphone for its "speech recognition" feature, which converts what you say into text. Audio is processed through your device's built-in speech recognition system. Depending on your device settings, this may involve Google's speech recognition service. The Developer does not store or collect your audio data.
Spoken content and translation results are processed mainly on-device using Google's ML Kit Translation. The language data (models) needed for translation are downloaded over the internet the first time you use them.
Cloud Translation Data (Premium Users)
If you use the optional "high-accuracy translation" feature available to Premium subscribers while online, your spoken content or text to be translated is sent to Google Cloud Translation API (Google's cloud-based translation service) for processing. This data is used solely for translation purposes, and the Developer does not store or view this text. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Translations and categories you save using the "Save" feature are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Developer's or any third party's servers. Deleting the App also deletes this data from your device.
The App does not collect or store:
Account registration information (no account is required to use this App)
Your name, email address, or other contact details
Location data
The App uses the following third-party services:
Google ML Kit (translation): An on-device translation engine. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Android's built-in speech recognition service: Converts speech to text based on your device settings.
Google AdMob (advertising): Used to display advertisements within the App. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Google Cloud Translation API (cloud translation): Used for the online translation feature available to Premium subscribers. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Google Play Billing (subscription payments): Purchases and management of the Premium plan are handled through Google Play's billing system. Payment details such as credit card information are processed by Google and are not shared with the Developer. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use information such as your Advertising ID for ad delivery and performance measurement. For more details, please see Google's Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed at any specific age group, and since it does not collect personally identifiable information, no special personal data is collected even if used by children.
This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Data Deletion
This App does not require account registration.
