Incorrect Password:
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You will receive an email at the registered email address with instructions to reset your password.
Make sure the Caps Lock key is not enabled, as passwords are case - sensitive.
Account Lockout:
If you enter the wrong password multiple times, your account may be locked for security reasons. Wait for [X] minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team at echoldevteam@opsmails.com.
Outdated App Version:
Check if there is an update available for the Echol app in the App Store. Install the latest version, as app crashes are often fixed in updates.
To update on iOS, open the App Store, tap on your profile picture, and scroll down to see pending updates for Echol.
Insufficient Device Storage:
Free up some space on your device. Delete unused apps, photos, videos, or other files. You can check your device's storage settings to see how much space is available and which apps are taking up the most space.
Weak Internet Connection:
Ensure that your device is connected to a stable Wi - Fi network or has a strong mobile data signal. If you are using Wi - Fi, try restarting your router.
Check if other apps on your device are able to access the internet. If only Echol has connectivity issues, it may be a problem with the app's servers. In this case, wait for a while and try again.
Server - Side Outages:
We monitor our servers closely, but occasional outages may occur. Check our official social media channels or website for announcements regarding server - side issues. If there is a known outage, we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
