I hold a PhD in Economics from the National University of La Plata (Argentina) and I am currently a researcher and professor at the National University of Mar del Plata.
My main areas of research are Household Economics, Poverty and Inequality, and Transport Economics.
I also serve as a consultant to international organizations, including the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, where I contribute to policy-oriented research.
I am affiliated with the Global Labor Organization (GLO), the Center for Studies on Human Development (CEDH, Universidad de San Andrés), and the Argentine Network of Researchers in Economics (NIE).
I have held visiting positions at the University of Pennsylvania (USA), the University of the Republic (Uruguay), the University of Zaragoza (Spain), the University of Wisconsin–Madison (USA), and the University of Verona (Italy).
I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Microeconomics, Advanced Microeconomics, and Consumption and Demand Analysis.
