Privacy Policy – Echelon Nexus
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Last Revised: September 28, 2026
Where Privacy Meets Precision
Echelon Nexus exists at the intersection of strategy and connection—a place where ideas converge and partnerships scale. We built our name on the belief that reaching higher means lifting others with you. That same principle applies to your data: we hold it, we protect it, and we never let it fall through the cracks.
This document tells you exactly how we do that. Not in riddles. Not in fine print. Just plainly.

The Data We Keep on File
Think of it as a ledger—only entries that serve a purpose.
You hand us directly:
Your name, email, phone, and organisation.
Whatever you write to us—briefs, questions, context, files.
Billing details when money changes hands. (Card data goes straight to our payment processor; we never see the full number, and we never store it.)
Your visit leaves traces:
IP address, browser type, device, and operating system.
Which pages held your attention and for how long.
How you arrived at our door—search, referral, or direct.
Third-party handoffs:
Occasionally, a partner or colleague points us toward you. When that happens, we only keep what's relevant—and we tell you where it came from.
Never on the ledger:
Health records. Religious or political affiliations. Biometrics. GPS coordinates. Anything belonging to someone under 16.
Why We Hold It
Every entry earns its place:
To answer you—properly, not with a canned reply.
To deliver the work you engaged us for.
To send material you might actually want. Opt in freely; opt out just as freely.
To invoice, reconcile, and keep our books straight.
To spot patterns that make our work sharper.
To satisfy auditors, regulators, and the law.
The ledger never leaves our hands for marketing purposes. No sales. No rentals. No trades.
Who Gets a Glance
Minimal exposure, always deliberate:
Operational partners – email, hosting, storage, payments, analytics. They see only their slice, and they're contractually sworn to protect it.
Collaborators – only after you've said yes.
Authorities – when a lawful order compels us. We'll tell you unless we're barred from doing so.
Successors – if the firm is ever restructured or acquired. You'll be informed, and your protections travel with the data.
Where It Resides
Across distributed servers, often in multiple jurisdictions. Every provider we use meets GDPR-equivalent standards, so protection doesn't thin out at the border. Payments run through PCI-certified channels.
The Retention Clock
Active engagements: held for the relationship, plus two years afterward.
Dormant contacts: cleared after two years of silence.
Financial records: kept for the statutory window (generally five to seven years).
Everything else: deleted or anonymised once its purpose expires.
What You Can Command
Your data answers to you:
Inspect the full record we hold.
Amend anything inaccurate.
Erase it, absent a legal reason to retain.
Freeze processing while a dispute is sorted.
Export it in a portable format.
Refuse marketing or other interest-based uses.
Revoke any consent you've extended.
One email does it: napierpetronziohx19803@gmail.com
Expect a reply within 30 days. We may verify your identity first—for your protection, not our convenience.
Residents of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, California, and comparable jurisdictions may also escalate to their supervisory authority.
Minors
Our work is for adults. We don't knowingly hold data belonging to anyone under 16. If a minor's information has reached us, tell us—and it's gone.
Cookies
Bare essentials and light analytics. No cross-site tracking, no ad networks, no shadow profiles. Disable them in your browser if you prefer; some site features may behave differently.
Outbound Links
We may point to external resources. Their privacy practices are their own. Read before you share.
Amendments
This policy may be revised. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes get a direct notice—email or site banner. The underlying principle never shifts: your data is yours.
Acknowledgment
By working with Echelon Nexus—browsing, writing, partnering—you accept this policy. Disagree, and simply don't share your information with us. Agree, and know that we treat that trust as the foundation of everything we build.
