Easter Candy Catastrophe!

The Easter Bunny was just about to begin delivering his Easter Eggs filled with delicious treats for boys and girls when he was told that the Easter Candy Factory just lost power and won't be able to make any more candy! He remembered that when the factory is working too hard it sometimes shuts down because of an overload. Since it is Easter day, he has kept a back-up power supply for emergencies, but it has been so long since he had to use it that he forgot the correct combinations! Going down into the basement, he found several items that looked just like ordinary Easter gifts and notes, but then remembered that he put clues on these in case he ever needed reminders.
