ecamp360 is a mobile app used by authorized campaign organizations to plan and monitor local election activities. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses and why.
Organization member lists and designations (names, roles).
Campaign committee lists and polling agent information.
Campaign activity entries (routines, updates, new activity records).
Voter information provided by the authorized organization for search purposes.
Vote recording and result entries where the app is used for monitoring.
Support messages submitted by users: text, images, and audio files.
We use the collected information to operate the app and support campaign workflows, including displaying member and committee structures, enabling activity reporting, supporting voter lookups provided by the organization, recording vote-related data, and processing user support messages. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
The app may request the following permissions only to provide features described above:
Camera — to capture images for reporting and support.
Microphone — to record audio messages.
Storage — to upload or attach media files.
Internet access — to sync data with authorized campaign servers.
Data entered into ecamp360 is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized campaign administrators. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data is retained for the duration of the campaign or as required by the organization. Requests for data deletion should be sent to the campaign administrator.
