168th Street Armory: 216 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY 10032:

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North, following signs to the George Washington Bridge. As you near the bridge (after passing the Meadowlands), follow yellow signs that say "express" to Bridge. Take the upper level of the Bridge. Once at the bridge and past the toll, get to the right lane and exit at 178th Street. Go through one light and make a right at the next light onto Broadway. Go 10 blocks south and make a right onto 168th Street. Go one block west to Fort Washington Avenue. The Armory entrance is at 168th and Fort Washington.

Take Rt. 18 North to Rt. 1 North. Take Rt. 1 North to Old Post Road jug handle. Go across Rt. 1 and make the

second left onto the Blvd. of the Eagles. The High School is on the left.

From 95N: Take Garden St Pkwy & NJ-24 W to Whippany Rd in Morris County. Take exit 1A from NJ-24 W. Turn Right onto Whippany Rd. Take 1st right onto Hanover Ave. Turn Right onto Stiles Ave. Take 3rd left onto Central Ave. Course is on left.

Hillsborough High School: 466 Raider Blvd, Hillsborough TWP, NJ 08844:

From NJ-18 N: Take the exit toward Co Rd 527/Easton Avenue/So Bound Bk. Merge onto George St. Turn left onto Landing Ln. Continue onto Franklin Blvd. Turn right onto Hamilton St. Continue onto Amwell Rd. Turn left to stay on Amwell Rd

Holmdel High School: 36 Crawfords Corner Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733:

From NJ-18 S: Take the County Road 516 E exit toward Matawan. Merge onto County Rd 516/County Rd 527 N. Continue to follow County Rd 516 for 6.8 mi. Turn left onto Main St. Take the 1st right onto NJ-34 S. Turn left onto Van Brackle Rd. Turn left onto Holmdel Rd. Take the 1st right onto Crawfords Corner Rd. Destination will be on the left

Holmdel Park: 44 Longstreet Rd Holmdel, NJ 07733:

Garden State Parkway to Exit 114. Southbound, turn right onto Red Hill Rd; northbound, turn left onto Red Hill Rd. Follow Red Hill Rd. to Crawfor's Corner/Everett Rd., turn right (heading west). Follow Crawford's Corner/Everett Rd. to Roberts Rd., turn left. Follow Roberts Rd. to Longstreet Rd., turn right to Park on left.

JP Stevens High School: 855 Grove Ave Edison, NJ 08820:

Take Rt. 1 North to the Amboy Ave. sign, going towards Metuchen. Go to second traffic light, and make a right onto Egger Ave., which becomes Grove Ave. Go about four miles, the High School is on your left.

Matawan Regional High School: 450 Atlantic Avenue, Aberdeen Township, NJ 07747From NJ-18 S: Take the County Road 516 E exit toward Matawan. Merge onto County Rd 527 N/Old Bridge-Englishtown Rd. Continue to follow County Rd 527 N. Continue onto County Rd 516. Drive to Atlantic Ave in Strathmore, Aberdeen Township. Turn right onto Little St. Turn right onto Atlantic Ave. School will be on the left.

Old Bridge Track (@ Middle School): 133 Ticetown Rd. Old Bridge, NJ 07747:

Take Rt. 18 S to the County Road 516E exit toward Matawan. Merge onto County Rd 516E/County Rd 527N. After about 3 miles, make a right onto Wisdom Way. Track is ahead on the right.

Penn Relays (Franklin Field): 235 South 33rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104:

Take the NJ Turnpike South Exit #4 (NJ 73, Camden, Philadelphia) to NJ 73 North and then onto I-295 South. After passing Exit 28 on I-295 South, stay to your left and then merge onto I-76 Exit #26 (Philadelphia, Camden). After merging, stay to your left and look for I-76 Walt Whitman Bridge (a toll bridge). Cross the bridge into Philadelphia and after passing Exit #346B (University Ave.), stay to your left. The exit is on the left-hand side, Exit #346A (South Street). At the top of the ramp make a left onto South Street. Take South Street to the second traffic light (33rd Street) and make a right. There will be a blinking light about a half block up on the right hand side, turn right. This is the main parking lot for the athletic buildings.

Piscataway High School: 100 Behmer Rd, Piscataway Township, NJ 08854:

From NJ-18 N. Turn right onto Behmer Rd. High school will be on the right

Road Runner Sports: 501 Shoppes Blvd, North Brunswick, NJ 08902:

From NJ-18 N merge onto U.S. 1 S/U.S. Hwy 1 S via the ramp to Trenton/Princeton. Take the NJ-171 N ramp to

New Brunswick. Turn left onto US-130 STurn right onto Shoppes Blvd Destination will be on the left

South Plainfield High School Track (Jost Field): 417 Avon Ave South Plainfield, NJ 07080:

From NJ-18 N: Slight right toward U.S. 1 N. Take the ramp to U.S. 1 N. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for

Newark and merge onto U.S. 1 N. Merge onto I-287 N via the ramp to Morristown/Mahwah. Take exit 4 for Dur-

ham Ave toward S Plainfield. Turn right onto Durham Ave. Continue straight onto Hamilton Blvd. Turn right onto Maple Ave. Turn right onto Avon Ave/Cady Ln. Destination will be on the right

South Brunswick High School: 750 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852:

Cranbury Road to Rt. 522. Make a right onto Rt. 522 West. Proceed on this road over the NJ Turnpike, under Rt.130 to traffic intersection at Georges Road. Proceed straight ahead but bear to the right slightly onto MonmouthJunction Rd. Make a left at the next traffic light, you will pass the South Brunswick Municipal Complex on theright, prepare to take the jughandle to the right marked Ridge Rd. The High School is on Ridge Road on the right.

St. Joseph's High School: 145 Plainfield Rd, Metuchen, NJ 08840:

Take Rt. 18 North to Rt. 1 North to Metuchen, Main Street. Go down Main Street to third traffic light. Make a left onto Rt. 27. Then make a right at the next traffic light onto Central Ave. Pass through two traffic lights and the High School is on your left, after the train trestle.

Thompson Park: Forsgate Dr Monroe Township, NJ 08831:

Cranbury Rd to Rt. 522, make a left. At the stop sign bear left onto Gatzmer Ave. At the next stop sign go straight. At the next stop sign, again go straight across, up Perrineville Rd, you will see park on your left. Entrance for XC course is near the softball fields and you should see Monroe High School in the distance.

Van Cortlandt Park: Broadway and Van Cortlandt Park S, Bronx, NY 10462:

Route 18 North to Turnpike North to the George Washington Bridge – follow signs to the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) North. Take the Major Deegan Expressway North to the Van Cortlandt Park South Exit (Exit 11). At the fork proceed 3 blocks west to Broadway St and then to 252nd St. The Park will be on your right. The cross country course will be approximately ¼ of a mile.

Westfield High School Track: 728 Westfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090:

From Rt 95N: Take exit 11 for Garden State Pkwy toward Woodbridge. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Garden State Parkway N and merge onto Garden State Pkwy. Take exit 135 toward Clark/Westfield. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Brant Ave/Rahway and merge onto Brant Ave. Follow Westfield Ave to Rahway Ave in Westfield. Merge onto Brant Ave. Turn right onto Westfield Ave. Turn right to stay on Westfield Ave. Continue onto Rahway Ave destination will be on the right.
