- We collect food images you upload for nutritional analysis via the Google Gemini API.
- No personal data (name, email, address) is required or stored unless you voluntarily provide it through support channels.
2. Data Processing and Storage
- Images are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing and are not stored long-term on our servers.
- We do not control how Google processes data and are not responsible for Google's privacy policies or errors (see [Google AI Terms](https://ai.google.dev/terms)).
- We are not liable for data breaches due to technical failures or third-party actions.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.
- However, we cannot guarantee that data is immune to unauthorized access due to factors beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks).
4. User Rights
- You may refuse to provide images, but this will prevent you from using the analysis feature.
- We do not offer a data deletion mechanism as we do not store data long-term, but you can stop using the app to protect your privacy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
- EatSafe does not use cookies or tracking technologies in the app.
6. Changes to Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Users should check periodically.
7. Governing Law
- This Policy complies with Vietnamese law. For international users, local laws may apply, but we are not responsible for resolving disputes outside Vietnam.
