We're a small group of members who have had the passion of sharing a renowned recipe as "Banoffee Pie". The recipe we use today is originally formed from our Lead Baker & Head of Baking Operations, Lily Leiataua.

The recipe was then flipped, rebaked (remade) and is now used as a purpose to make new blooming flavours that we hope to share to customers one day.
