주식회사 리텍(이하 "회사")은 EasyVu NFC(이하 "앱")를 제공함에 있어 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 본 방침을 통해 앱의 데이터 처리 방식을 투명하게 안내합니다.
1. 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다
본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·요구·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다.
2. 앱이 사용하는 데이터
본 앱은 NFC 태그(ST25/NXP 계열)를 읽고 쓰기 위한 도구입니다. 이 과정에서 다루는 데이터는 장비 설정값이며 개인정보가 아닙니다.
· NFC 태그 데이터: 태그에 기록/판독하는 주파수, 송신 전력, 테이블 정보, URL 등 장비 구성값. 이 데이터는 이용자의 NFC 태그와 앱 사이에서만 오갑니다.
· 로컬 설정 저장: 마지막으로 입력한 설정값(주파수·전력·범위 등)을 편의를 위해 기기 내부 저장소(앱 전용 영역)에만 보관합니다. 외부로 전송하지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 인터넷 전송 및 제3자 제공이 없습니다
본 앱은 인터넷 접근 권한이 없으며, 어떤 서버로도 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 광고·분석·추적 도구(Google Analytics, Firebase 등)를 일절 사용하지 않으며, 제3자와 데이터를 공유하지 않습니다.
4. 권한
본 앱은 NFC 권한 하나만 사용하며, 이는 NFC 태그를 읽고 쓰는 앱의 핵심 기능을 위한 것입니다. 위치·연락처·저장소·카메라 등 다른 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 특정 연령을 대상으로 하지 않는 산업용 유틸리티이며, 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동으로부터 개인정보를 수집하는 일이 없습니다.
6. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령이나 앱 기능 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

LEETEK Co., Ltd. ("we") provides the EasyVu NFC application ("the App"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains, transparently, how the App handles data.
1. We do not collect personal information
The App does not collect, request, or transmit any personal information — no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. There is no sign-up or login.
2. Data the App uses
The App is a tool for reading from and writing to NFC tags (ST25/NXP family). The data involved is equipment configuration data, not personal information.
· NFC tag data: configuration values written to / read from tags — frequency, transmit power, table information, URL, etc. This data moves only between your NFC tag and the App.
· Local settings: the App stores your last-entered settings (frequency, power, ranges, etc.) only in the app-private storage on your device, for convenience. It is never transmitted, and it is removed when you uninstall the App.
3. No internet transmission, no third parties
The App has no internet access permission and transmits no data to any server. It uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) and shares no data with third parties.
4. Permissions
The App uses a single permission — NFC — required for its core function of reading and writing NFC tags. It requests no location, contacts, storage, or camera permission.
5. Children's privacy
The App is an industrial utility not directed at any particular age group, and since it collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or functional changes, and will post any updates on this page.
