# Easy Quizzy Privacy Policy

Easy Quizzy is a mobile game developed and operated by **Easy Quizzy Studio**, an independent developer based in Japan (“Easy Quizzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the Easy Quizzy mobile application (the “App”).

## 1. Information stored locally on your device

Easy Quizzy does not require you to create an online account.

The App stores certain information locally on your device so that its features and preferences work correctly. This may include:

- Game settings, selected theme, audio settings, and vibration preferences

- Nickname and avatar selections

- High scores, score history, and game progress

- Survival-mode usage and locally stored access allowances

- Hint usage and locally stored refresh information

- Premium entitlement status received from Google Play

This locally stored information is not sent to Easy Quizzy as part of normal gameplay. You can remove it by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

## 2. Feedback you choose to send

The App includes an optional feedback feature. If you choose to send feedback, the App may transmit:

- The feedback message you enter

- The optional name you enter, or the value `noname` if no name is provided

- The App version

- The local date and time

- The device time-zone label

This information is sent through a Google Apps Script endpoint and delivered to the Easy Quizzy Gmail mailbox. It is used only to read, respond to, investigate, and improve the App. Do not include passwords, payment information, health information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in a feedback message.

Sending feedback is optional and is not required to use the App.

## 3. Advertising

The free version of Easy Quizzy uses Google Mobile Ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:

- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location

- App interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement views

- Diagnostic and performance information

- Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available

This information may be used to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertising; perform analytics; prevent fraud; and maintain service security. Depending on your location and choices, the App may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Where required, Easy Quizzy uses Google’s consent-management interface to request consent and provide privacy choices. Available privacy options can be opened again from the App’s settings or privacy interface.

## 4. Purchases

Easy Quizzy offers an optional one-time Premium purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks Premium features. Purchases are processed by Google Play.

Easy Quizzy does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Google Play provides the App with purchase and entitlement information needed to complete the transaction, unlock Premium features, and restore a previous purchase.

Google handles payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

## 5. Service providers and sharing

Easy Quizzy uses Google services for:

- Advertising and advertising consent management

- App distribution and updates

- In-app billing and purchase verification

- Feedback transmission and mailbox delivery

These services may process information on Easy Quizzy’s behalf or for their own permitted purposes under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Easy Quizzy does not directly sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce legal rights, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect users, the App, or the public.

## 6. Data retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the App is uninstalled.

Feedback messages may be retained in the Easy Quizzy mailbox for as long as reasonably necessary to review the feedback, respond to it, investigate technical issues, improve the App, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

To request deletion of feedback you previously submitted, email **easyquizzyjp@gmail.com** with the subject:

Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the message, such as the approximate date and time it was sent, the name entered, and a short description of the feedback. We may need to ask for additional information if the message cannot otherwise be identified. A deletion request cannot remove advertising or transaction information controlled independently by Google; requests concerning that information should be directed to Google.

## 7. Security and international processing

Information sent through the App is transmitted using the security measures provided by the relevant Google services, including encryption in transit where supported. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policies and legal safeguards.

## 8. Your choices

You may:

- Use the core App without creating an account

- Choose not to send feedback

- Review available advertising privacy choices in the App

- Reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device settings where supported

- Clear locally stored App information through Android settings

- Uninstall the App

- Request deletion of identifiable feedback by contacting us

## 9. Children

Easy Quizzy is intended for a general audience aged **13 and older** and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has sent personal information through the feedback feature, contact us at **easyquizzyjp@gmail.com** so that we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

If the App’s intended audience changes, its advertising settings, consent flow, store listing, data practices, and this Privacy Policy will be reviewed before the App is offered to younger users.

## 10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published at the same public address with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its Google Play listing where appropriate.
