EasyLingoX is developed and published by ToolDynoApps. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the EasyLingoX Android application.
ToolDynoApps does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts to use EasyLingoX.
EasyLingoX does not include advertising, Firebase Analytics, or custom tracking services.
EasyLingoX uses Google ML Kit to provide language identification and on-device translation.
Text entered or pasted for translation is processed on the user’s device. According to Google’s ML Kit documentation, input text and translation results are not sent to Google servers for translation processing.
Language models may need to be downloaded from Google when a language is used for the first time. An internet connection may therefore be required for the initial model download. Once the necessary model is installed, supported translations can work offline.
ML Kit may periodically communicate with Google to receive model updates, bug fixes, or compatibility information. It may also send technical performance and usage metrics to Google for maintenance, improvement, security, and abuse prevention. This processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and ML Kit Terms and Privacy.
EasyLingoX may store the following information locally on the user’s device:
Original text
Translated text
Selected source and target languages
Translation date and time
Saved or bookmarked status
Default language preferences
Speech-speed preference
This information is used only to provide Saved Translations, Translation History, and app preference features.
ToolDynoApps does not receive or store this information on an external server.
EasyLingoX accesses clipboard text only when the user selects the Paste option.
Translated text is copied to the clipboard only when the user selects Copy. The app does not continuously monitor or automatically collect clipboard content.
The Listen feature uses the Android Text-to-Speech service available on the user’s device.
Text may be processed by the selected Text-to-Speech engine. Depending on the engine installed on the device, speech processing may occur locally or through the service provider. Users should review the privacy policy of their selected Text-to-Speech provider.
EasyLingoX allows users to share translations or app information through compatible applications installed on their device.
Content is shared only after the user selects a sharing option and chooses an external application. EasyLingoX does not automatically send translations to other people or services.
External applications process shared information according to their own privacy policies.
Internet access may be used for:
Downloading official translation language models
Receiving ML Kit model or compatibility updates
Opening the EasyLingoX Google Play listing
Supporting relevant Google services used by the translation technology
EasyLingoX does not use custom servers to upload or store translation text or history.
EasyLingoX requests only permissions required for its declared functionality.
The app does not request access to:
Precise or approximate location
Contacts
Camera
Microphone
Phone or call logs
SMS messages
Broad storage or “Manage All Files” access
Permission usage may change if features are updated. Any future changes will be disclosed in this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety section.
ToolDynoApps does not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.
Information may be processed by third-party services used by the app, such as Google ML Kit and the user’s selected Text-to-Speech provider, as described in this policy.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect users, legal rights, or application security.
Saved translations, history, and settings remain locally on the user’s device until the user:
Deletes individual records
Uses the Clear Saved or Clear History option
Clears EasyLingoX application data
Uninstalls the application
Because EasyLingoX does not provide user accounts or store this local content on ToolDynoApps servers, ToolDynoApps cannot remotely access or delete it.
EasyLingoX uses Android’s application storage mechanisms to keep saved translations and settings within the app’s local storage.
No method of electronic processing or storage can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid entering highly confidential or sensitive information into translation applications.
EasyLingoX is a general utility application and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
ToolDynoApps does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact ToolDynoApps using the address below.
EasyLingoX may open external applications or websites, including Google Play and sharing applications. ToolDynoApps is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
ToolDynoApps may update this Privacy Policy when application features, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change.
Updates will be posted on the publicly accessible Privacy Policy page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
