1. Introduction
Welcome to Easy Clean (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy describes how WUCHUANBANG ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Application.
By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application and discontinue use.

This policy describes both today's white-label ("shell") builds published without advertising integrations and planned future releases.
Current releases. The Application does not embed third-party advertising or ad mediation SDKs in shipped form, does not show third-party ads for monetization, and does not use the Advertising ID (or comparable advertising identifiers) for measuring or delivering advertisements. We also do not use paid-attribution SDKs exclusively for ads while operating in this mode. Routine utility processing (cleanup, scans, preferences) operates on-device as described below.
Future releases. We intend to integrate advertising or related measurement or partners later. When we do, partners may process identifiers or usage signals as summarized in Section 7.2. We will update this Privacy Policy (including the Last updated date), revise Google Play Data safety, and surface additional in-app disclosures or consent prompts required by storefront rules before monetization activates.
If any statement here conflicts with a later published version dated after this document, rely on the newer dated policy.
Easy Clean helps you analyze and manage storage on your device (for example, identifying cache, junk files, large files, images, or similar categories). Much of this processing occurs on your device to show you summaries and cleanup options you choose.
Depending on permissions you grant in system settings:
Storage and files - We access local storage paths you allow so we can scan for items such as caches, APKs, logs, temporary files, large files, images, or similar content for display and deletion only when you initiate an action.
Installed applications (high-level) - We may query launcher-visible applications or related metadata to estimate app cache or storage usage via supported Android APIs, not to advertise or sell your personal list of apps to third parties.
Usage or statistics access - If you grant the applicable Android usage access, we may use it to power cleanup or storage-management features (subject to OS capabilities). This is distinct from advertisement measurement.
We do not require an account or registration to use Easy Clean unless you introduce that feature separately.
We use technologies such as MMKV to store preferences and lightweight app settings on your device (for example, language choices or feature toggles).
As of the latest Last updated date, our white-label releases without ads generally do not upload copies of scanned files or your media to our backend for core cleanup.
We may capture limited device diagnostics (for example app version or crash metadata) only if we later ship disclosed analytics or crash-reporting tooling and explain it consistently with Google Play disclosures (Section 7). Routine Log or local debugging APIs that never leave your device unless you voluntarily share logs fall outside uploads until we say otherwise.
The Application is a general-purpose utility. We do not knowingly target children under 13 (or under the relevant age threshold in your region) or seek personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided information should contact us at 2868613334@qq.com.
The Application may request or rely on OS-level permissions commonly used by storage-management apps, including, as applicable:
External storage read or write within Android version limits,
All files access or equivalent manage external storage capability on compatible OS versions only after you explicitly approve it in system settings,
Package usage statistics (usage access) for cleanup or storage insight features where your OS allows.
Descriptions of each permission appear in Google Play listing and OS permission dialogs where supported.
We use accessed or processed information to:
Provide cleaning, scanning, and storage-management functionality you request.
Improve stability, usability, or performance.
Comply with law or enforcement of our Terms.
We do not sell personal information as traditionally defined, and we do not use your microphone, camera, or precise GPS location unless a future release clearly discloses separate permission and consent.
The Application currently ships without integrated advertising networks, monetized ad creatives, promotional tracking pixels inside the APK for ads, or attribution SDKs invoked solely for ad measurement.
Everyday library vendors (such as OSS components or local datastore libraries) operate under their own notices; usage stays predominantly on-device unless you deliberately add networked features.
Google Play practitioners should declare Ads: No, Advertising ID unused for ads, and matching Data safety entries until production binaries actually ship ad SDK wiring consistent with storefront guidance.
Because we anticipate later releases with advertising monetization, the following illustrates what will typically apply once monetization activates (subject to whichever stack you finalize):
Ad networks or mediation - Example stacks might include components compatible with Google Mobile Ads, MAX or AppLovin, hybrid mediation partners, regional networks, and similar vendors, each imposing license and privacy commitments.
Attribution partners - Vendors similar to Adjust or platform-provided equivalents may quantify installs or campaign efficacy.
Analytics or Firebase-style components - If added to monitor stability alongside ads.
When live, SDK partners may transmit Advertising ID or similar device identifiers, approximate coarse location inferred by IP or ad stack, interaction metadata, diagnostics, measurement events, personalization signals, fraud checks, and comparable platform signals, governed by:
Vendor policies, for illustration: Google Privacy Policy and AppLovin Privacy Policy, plus any applicable attribution, analytics, or social partner policies.
Mandatory transparency and consent requirements, European regulatory consent, Google Play Advertising ID declarations, Families policies, COPPA-aligned choices, and Privacy Sandbox or consent tooling if required.
Rolling out ads mandates prior synchronization between this Policy wording, Console declarations, binaries, UX consent surfaces, retention charts, DPIAs if applicable, and attorney review wherever revenue spans sensitive territories.
Until that rollout completes, Console answers must honestly remain Ads: No. After rollout switches to Ads: Yes, reconcile every declaration again.
You will retain OS-level resets (for example resetting advertising identifiers in Google Play: Google Play Help), partner opt-outs if supplied, and storefront controls. Our updated policy will recap those controls once ads exist.
Locally processed scan results are typically ephemeral in memory or UI rather than synced to servers until you deliberately store or upload them through features we disclose.
Local preferences remain until uninstall or wipe.
Your uninstall generally destroys Easy Clean-managed local data aside from residuals third-party advertisers keep once advertising features go live. Before ads exist, advertiser retention outside our APK is ordinarily minimal absent other SDK telemetry.
We use reasonable safeguards for any data we manage. Nevertheless, transmitting information electronically always carries inherent risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where applicable law requires, we acknowledge potential cross-border transfers of information (for example, if advertisements or analytics are switched on later). Users in the EU or EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, and USA states with comprehensive privacy regimes, among others, may benefit from statutory inquiries, supervisory complaints, access or deletion rights, or similar procedural tools. Interpretation interplay with contractual governing law follows Section 14 where compatible with mandatory statutes.
Depending where you reside, you may contact us to exercise access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based, or appeal rights consistent with GDPR, CPRA or CCPA variants, LGPD, PIPEDA, and similar laws. Identify yourself reasonably so we can verify requests.
You may restrict our processing by revoking OS permissions, uninstalling the Application, resetting advertising identifiers in Play settings, or using any opt-out mechanisms partners provide where mandated.
See Section 4.4. If COPPA or other children's statutes apply distinctly in your rollout, revise with counsel.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes occur by posting a revised policy with an updated Last updated date earlier in this document. Continuing use signifies acceptance absent stronger local requirements.
This Privacy Policy, and non-regulatory contractual interpretation questions relating to Easy Clean, is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Court venue. For disputes arising from contractual aspects of privacy practice that are not reserved to consumer-protection authorities elsewhere, courts with proper jurisdiction typically include the people's courts having territorial jurisdiction over the Operator's habitual residence in mainland China, unless mandatory law requires consumers to sue elsewhere.
If you reside in countries or regions granting mandatory jurisdiction over consumer claims (examples include EU or EEA and UK norms for eligible consumers), you may retain statutory rights, including complaints to supervisory authorities, not limited by clauses above where those rules apply.
