Welcome to Easy Calc Pro. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the application ("we") handles information in connection with your use of the Easy Calc Pro mobile application (the "Application").

1. Data Collection and Permissions

Our philosophy is privacy by design. Easy Calc Pro has been developed to be a powerful and secure calculation tool, minimizing any type of data collection.

• No Collection of Personal Data: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive data. We do not have access to your name, email address, location, contacts, files, or any other personally identifiable information. All calculations you perform are processed exclusively on your device and are not sent to our servers.

• Minimal Permissions: The App is designed to work by requesting the absolute minimum of necessary permissions. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, personal file storage, or other permissions that are not essential to its core computing functionality.

2. Advertising in the Pro Version

Easy Calc Pro is a paid app. We understand that users expect a premium experience.

• Project Sustainability: To ensure the sustainability, maintenance, and continued development of future enhancements for Easy Calc Pro, and to keep the purchase price affordable, we reserve the right to include advertising within the App.

• Advertising Partners: This advertising will be served through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, etc.). These partners may use technologies and software development kits (SDKs) to collect non-personal and anonymous data in order to display ads that are relevant to you.

• Payment for the Application: Payment for the Application grants the user a lifetime license to use all calculation features available at the time of purchase. Such payment does not constitute an explicit or implicit waiver by us of the right to integrate advertising into the Application.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Mobile Apps vs. Cookies: Mobile apps do not use cookies in the same way as web browsers. However, our advertising partners' SDKs may use anonymous advertising identifiers provided by your device's operating system (such as the Google Advertising ID) for ad frequency capping, attribution, and personalized ad serving purposes.

• No Data Sale: We emphasize that no sensitive data from your device is extracted or sold to third parties by the App. The information used by our advertising partners is anonymous and managed in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review our partners' policies to understand how they handle your data.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and License of Use

• License to Use: Purchasing Easy Calc Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on a device that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the application store from which you acquired it (Google Play Store).

• Not for Sale: The Application is licensed, not sold. Payment only grants the right to use the calculation functions. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the software, its source code, design, algorithms, or any other intellectual property.

• Support and Updates: We are not obligated to meet user requests for the development of new versions or specific functionalities.

• Reinstallations: Purchases and reinstallations are managed by the Google Play Store. If you delete the app from your device, you should be able to reinstall it at no additional cost from the same Google account you used for the initial purchase, subject to applicable Google Play policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The Easy Calc Pro app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it from our records.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
