We collect minimal necessary business and account information required for shop management, offline caching, and financial accounting reports:
- **Account Details**: Phone number, email address, owner name, and shop details.
- **Inventory & Accounting Data**: Product items, stock quantities, daily closing sales revenue, business expenses, and supplier purchase records.
- **Worker & Salary Records**: Worker profiles, daily/monthly wage types, attendance logs, and salary payout history.
- **Media Assets**: Invoice bill photos or product images uploaded explicitly by you using your device camera or gallery.
- **Device Permissions**: Notification permission (to send daily closing reminders and low stock alerts) and Camera access (for taking bill photos).

## 3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for core business features of the EasyStock application:
- To calculate Daily Closing, Net Business Amount, and stock inventory balances.
- To generate exportable PDF, Excel, and CSV financial statements requested by you.
- To dispatch scheduled low-stock alerts and daily closing reminders.
- To sync your shop data securely across devices via Google Firebase Cloud Services.
- **We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or share your financial data or business records with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.**

## 4. Data Storage & Security
EasyStock uses an offline-first architecture. All records are cached locally on your device in an encrypted database (Hive) and synchronized with Google Firebase Firestore using SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest. Sensitive authentication tokens are stored securely in Android KeyStore.

## 5. Permissions & Policy Adherence
In strict accordance with Google Play Store policies:
- **POST_NOTIFICATIONS**: Used solely to deliver stock alerts, salary updates, and daily closing reminders.
- **Camera & Photo Picker**: Accessed strictly on-demand with explicit user consent when you choose to capture or upload an invoice bill photo.
- **No Battery-Draining Tracking**: We do NOT track your background location, contacts, phonebook, or personal browsing history.

## 6. User Rights & Complete Account Deletion
You retain 100% ownership of your business data. In compliance with the Google Play Account Deletion Policy, you can permanently erase your entire account, cloud backups, and shop data at any time:
- **In-App Account Deletion**: Go to Settings -> Delete Account inside the EasyStock app to permanently delete your profile, store subcollections, uploaded bill images, and database caches.
