This privacy policy applies to the LearnWords mobile application (the "Application") created by Soleares ("Service Provider") as a Free/Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application automatically collects certain non-personal information to provide, monitor, and improve its services, including:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
The pages of the Application you visit, time/date of visit, and time spent on those pages.
The operating system of your mobile device and unique device identifiers (for analytics, crash reporting and, in the free version, advertising).
To facilitate core app functionality, performance tracking, and optional in-app purchases, the Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies.
Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Google AdMob: Showing ads in the free version. These services may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS — only if you allow it; Advertising ID on Android), IP address and data about ad impressions and clicks.
Apple App Store Services: Platform functionality and build distribution on iOS.
Firebase Analytics (Google): Tracking app usage events, crash logs, and educational progress to improve user experience.
Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit): Processing of subscriptions via Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.
Your choices: Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalised and can change their choice at any time in the app: Settings > Privacy options. On iOS, tracking is used only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt (iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device settings. A subscription removes all ads.
4. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data, it will be immediately deleted.

Данная политика конфиденциальности распространяется на мобильное приложение LearnWords («Приложение»), созданное Soleares («Поставщик услуг») как бесплатный сервис. Услуга предоставляется на условиях «КАК ЕСТЬ».
Приложение автоматически собирает определённую обезличенную информацию для обеспечения работы и улучшения сервиса, включая:
IP-адрес вашего устройства.
Посещаемые разделы Приложения, время и дата посещения, время, проведённое в приложении.
Тип операционной системы вашего мобильного устройства и уникальные идентификаторы устройства (для аналитики, отчётов о сбоях и, в бесплатной версии, показа рекламы).
Для обеспечения базовых функций приложения, отслеживания стабильности работы и обработки встроенных покупок Приложение использует сторонние сервисы, имеющие собственные политики конфиденциальности.

На iOS отслеживание используется, только если вы разрешили его в системном окне App Tracking Transparency (Настройки iPhone > Конфиденциальность и безопасность > Отслеживание). На Android рекламный идентификатор можно сбросить или удалить в настройках устройства. Подписка полностью отключает рекламу.
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем личные данные детей младше 13 лет. В случае обнаружения таких данных они будут немедленно удалены.

By downloading or using the LearnWords application (the "Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Application. The service is provided by Soleares ("Service Provider") on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
All trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Application (including 1200+ word database, transcriptions, tests, and original graphics) belong to the Service Provider. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
The Application may offer optional "Premium Access" features via in-app purchases.
Payments on iOS: All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application.
Connectivity: Some features (such as analytical data syncing or verifying purchases) require an active internet connection.
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use the Application in any way that is unlawful or harms the Service Provider or any third party.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not working at full functionality if you don't have internet access or in case of technical issues on the side of third-party SDKs. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

Все торговые марки, авторские права, права на базы данных (включая базу из 1200+ слов, транскрипции, тесты и оригинальную графику) принадлежат Поставщику услуг. Вам запрещено копировать, изменять или пытаться извлечь исходный код Приложения.
Приложение может предлагать дополнительные функции «Премиум-доступа» через встроенные покупки.
Платежи на iOS: Все транзакции обрабатываются Apple App Store. Оплата списывается с вашего Apple ID при подтверждении покупки.
Подписки: Подписки автоматически продлеваются, если не отменены минимум за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода. Управлять подписками и отменять их можно в Настройках iPhone → Apple ID → Подписки.
Возрастные ограничения: Вам должно быть не менее 13 лет для использования Приложения.
Связь: Для работы некоторых функций (синхронизация аналитики, проверка покупок) требуется активное интернет-соединение.
Запрещённые действия: Вы соглашаетесь не использовать Приложение способами, которые являются незаконными или наносят вред Поставщику услуг или третьим лицам.
Поставщик услуг не несёт ответственности за некорректную работу Приложения при отсутствии интернета или при технических сбоях на стороне сторонних SDK. Мы не гарантируем, что Приложение всегда будет работать без ошибок или прерываний.
Поставщик услуг может периодически обновлять Условия использования. Рекомендуется регулярно проверять эту страницу на наличие изменений.
