This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Loan - Loan EMI Calculator (the “App,” “Easy Loan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provided by Krishna Patel, handles information when you use the App.
Easy Loan is a financial calculation and planning utility. It provides calculators for EMI, loan comparison, prepayment, moratorium, affordability, deposits, SIP, investments, taxes, and related calculations. Easy Loan is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), lender, loan broker, credit provider, or financial institution. The App does not offer, arrange, approve, or disburse loans; accept loan applications; perform credit checks; or guarantee loan eligibility or approval.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by law, we or our service providers will request it before the relevant processing occurs.
The App may ask you to enter values such as a loan amount, interest rate, tenure, down payment, processing fee, income-related estimates, investment amount, expected return, deposit period, or other figures needed to perform a calculation.
These calculator values:
are processed on your device;
may be saved locally on your device to provide history, saved results, preferences, or similar App functionality;
are not intentionally transmitted by us to our servers;
are not intentionally included in Firebase Analytics events, Firebase Crashlytics reports, or advertising requests; and
are not loan applications and are not used to make lending, credit, or eligibility decisions.
We do not require you to provide banking credentials, card details, government identification documents, credit reports, or loan application documents to use the calculators.
You should not enter names, account numbers, passwords, card information, government identifiers, or other unnecessary personal information into calculator fields.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
calculator history and saved calculation results;
selected currency, number format, language, theme, and other preferences;
consent or privacy preferences; and
other settings needed for App functionality.
Local information remains in the App’s storage on your device unless you delete it using an available history, reset, clear, or delete function, clear the App’s data where supported, or uninstall the App. Device backups controlled by Apple or by you may retain a copy according to your backup settings and Apple’s policies.
Although calculator inputs remain on the device as described above, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process technical information. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display, deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve advertising services.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, App configuration, and Google Mobile Ads SDK version, AdMob may process information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general or coarse location;
device and app identifiers, including an advertising identifier where permitted;
device type, operating system, App version, language, and network information;
advertisements shown and interactions with advertisements;
App launches, taps, video views, and other product interactions;
crash logs, performance data, diagnostics, and related technical information; and
information used for advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
Google may use cookies, device identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies as permitted by applicable law and your settings. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on your location, consent status, device settings, and available ad-serving mode.

The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand general App usage and engagement, evaluate feature performance, measure audience and advertising effectiveness, identify navigation patterns, and improve the App.
Firebase Analytics may process automatically collected events and information such as:
App launches, sessions, screen views, taps, and feature interactions;
device and App information, including device model, operating system, App version, language, and general region;
App-instance or device identifiers;
acquisition, engagement, and advertising-related information; and
custom events that we configure for App measurement.
We do not intentionally include the numbers you enter into financial calculators, banking credentials, loan documents, or directly identifying personal information in Analytics event names or parameters.
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to detect, diagnose, prioritize, and fix crashes, non-fatal errors, and stability problems.
Crashlytics may process information such as:
crash reports, stack traces, error details, and diagnostic logs;
device model, operating system, App version, and technical state at the time of an error;
installation or App-instance identifiers;
information about App launches and the sequence of technical events leading to a crash; and
performance or reliability information needed to investigate and prevent failures.
We do not intentionally attach calculator input values, banking credentials, loan documents, or directly identifying personal information to Crashlytics reports.

In regions where consent is required, the App may present a Google User Messaging Platform consent form or another legally appropriate privacy notice. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to accept, reject, or manage certain advertising and data-processing purposes.
If the App or an advertising partner seeks to access Apple’s advertising identifier or track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, the App will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework where required. You may decline this request. Declining tracking does not prevent you from using the App’s calculator features, although advertisements may be less personalized.
You can review or change tracking permission in your iOS device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required, the App will also provide access to privacy options so you can revisit applicable consent choices.
We and our service providers may use the information described in this policy to:
provide and maintain the App;
save local history and preferences;
display and measure advertisements;
provide personalized advertising where permitted and consented to;
provide non-personalized or limited advertising where applicable;
analyze usage and improve navigation, features, and performance;
diagnose crashes and technical problems;
protect users, the App, and advertising systems from fraud, abuse, and security threats;
comply with legal obligations; and
enforce applicable terms and policies.
We do not use calculator values to evaluate your creditworthiness, approve a loan, connect you with lenders, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We may share or allow processing of technical information by:
Google AdMob and its advertising technology providers for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes;
Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, security, and App improvement;
each additional SDK provider accurately listed in Section 4.4;
service providers acting on our behalf where needed to operate or protect the App; and
authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell calculator input values or locally saved calculation history. We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, the use of advertising identifiers or disclosure of device and usage data for targeted advertising may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may exercise available choices through the consent form, in-App privacy options, iOS settings, Google advertising controls, or by contacting us.
Depending on your location and applicable law, information may be processed based on:
your consent, including consent for personalized advertising or tracking where required;
performance of a service you request, such as providing App functionality;
our legitimate interests or those of our service providers, such as maintaining security, preventing fraud, measuring basic performance, and improving the App, where permitted; and
compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent for future processing where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
Calculator history and preferences stored locally remain on your device until you delete them using an available App control, clear the App’s local data where supported, or uninstall the App. We do not maintain a server-side account containing your calculator values.
AdMob, Firebase, and any additional SDK providers retain information according to their own policies, product settings, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data, service configuration, legal obligations, security requirements, and your privacy choices.

Because we do not operate user accounts and do not receive calculator inputs on our servers, we may not be able to identify or retrieve data stored only on your device or data held independently by a third-party provider. We may direct you to the relevant provider’s privacy controls where appropriate.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing and disclosure of personal information.
You can also:
delete local calculation history using available App controls;
uninstall the App to remove its local App storage from the device, subject to device backups;
manage ATT permission in iOS settings;
use an available in-App privacy options entry point to review applicable consent choices;
manage Google advertising preferences through Google’s advertising controls; and

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Some rights are subject to exceptions under applicable law.
Google and other service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. These providers state that they use legal and organizational safeguards for international data transfers where required. Review each provider’s privacy policy for more information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the App. Calculator values are designed to be processed and stored locally. However, no device, storage method, network transmission, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials.
The App is a general financial calculation utility and is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly request names, contact details, financial account information, or other personal information from children.

If the App is intentionally directed to children or included in Apple’s Kids Category, this policy and the advertising/analytics configuration must be revised before distribution.
Advertisements may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. We do not control their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before providing information or completing a transaction. An advertisement displayed in the App is not an endorsement, loan offer, or recommendation by Easy Loan.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, SDKs, data practices, legal requirements, or service-provider terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
