Wausau East Merrill Newman United
Welcome to the Merrill East Newman United Hockey website! This united team is a co-op of Merrill High School, Wausau East High School, and Newman High School hockey players. Facing low numbers in 2016, MHS and WEHS combined forces and called themselves the BlueJacks to honor Merrill's Bluejay mascot and East's Lumberjack mascot. In 2019, Newman Catholic High School joined the cooperative. The MEN share two home rinks: The Smith Center in Merrill, WI (1100 MARC Drive) and Marathon Park Ice Arena in Wausau, WI (1201 Stewart Avenue).
