Coachable means learning to put your ego aside to be open to honest feedback and be willing to make changes that you may not be comfortable with.

Coachable young men become employable adults, respectful in relationships, and understand the value of constructive criticism.
Dependable means that you give your best effort, stick to the game plan, and DO YOUR JOB when no one is watching you.

Dependable young men become role models in their families, leaders in their communities, and valued in their place of work.
Adaptable is being able to function when things don't go according to plan. It's being able to understand opponents strategies, communicate necessary adjustments, and implement unfamiliar strategies.

Adaptable young men are able to deal with adversity in a self reflective, positive, and productive manner.
Ask your son what is going on.
If he does not know, have your son talk to his coach.
If you are still not satisfied, set up a meeting with you, your son, and his coach...not after a game.
TEAM PLACEMENTS & PLAYING TIME:
VARSITY: The best players in grades 9-12.
There is NO expectation of playing time in ANY games.
JV: Develop players with current, or future, varsity potential.
Playing time is not equal. JV players with appropriate attendance, attitude, and ability to understand & execute team concepts in game situations can expect approximately a quarter of playing time in most games.
PRACTICE SQUAD: Develop players who are not game ready, but want to learn the game of lacrosse.
There is NO expectation of playing time in ANY games.
