Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payment are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unless otherwise specified.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport in a timely manner processing times are upwards of 10 weeks if you do not have a valid passport. However, we understand that spontaneous getaways sometimes occur without sufficient time for passport arrangements. If you fall into this category and you are sailing out of Port Canaveral or Miami, on an eligible closed-loop voyage, and are a United States citizen, we can make an exception to the passport requirement. In such cases, you will need to present one of the following documents:
Original valid US Passport
Original valid US Passport Card
Original valid Trusted Traveler Card (NEXUS, FAST)
Or one of the below combinations of documents:
Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID.
Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010, are not acceptable.
Hospital-issued birth certificates are not acceptable.
Original Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State AND a physical Government-issued photo ID.
Original Certificate of Naturalization issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services AND a physical Government-issued photo ID.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or unexpected departure from the vessel, a passport will be necessary. Please keep in mind, the above guidelines are based on government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.
Payment Guidelines:
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by Simplistic Journeys, LLC before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Simplistic Journeys, LLC informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Eligibility:
- If you book more than 120 days before the voyage, you can request a full refund on your deposit and payments within a 7-day grace period.
Cancellation Between 120 Days and 45 Days Before the Voyage:
- After the grace period but before 120 days, you can get a full refund on payments except for the deposit, which will be converted into Future Voyage Credit (FVC). This FVC can be used on any voyage within one year and must be booked via Simplistic Journeys, LLC.
Cancellation Between 119 Days and 45 Days Before the Voyage:
- Between 119 and 45 days before the voyage, payments will be converted to FVC, which can be used on any voyage within one year.
Cancellation Within 44 Days of the Voyage:
- Within 44 days of the voyage, all payments are non-refundable, but you can transfer your booking to someone else up to 48 hours before the voyage.
Taxes and Fees:
- Taxes and fees are refundable regardless of the cancellation timing.
No-Shows and Termination:
- Air, car, hotel, and activity no-shows will not receive any refunds for total payments made.
- For the cruise, no refund will be permitted if a guest voluntarily or involuntarily does not show up for their cruise or terminates their cruise in progress.
Transferability:
- Cruise contracts are non-transferable.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel, contact Simplistic Journeys, LLC in writing at info@simplisticjourneys.com with the subject titled "trip cancellation."
- Include your full name as it appears on your government Identification, reservation number, reason for cancellation, and phone number in the message.
Cancellation Fees:
- Simplistic Journeys, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee per guest, plus any service fees for processing of payment. This fee is in addition to the Cruise line, Hotel, Car, and Air carrier fees.
Refund Method:
- Refunds must be requested at the time of cancellation, and any refunds due will be issued only to the original form of payment.
