As the Mamas and Papas so famously sang, 'If your going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some flowers in your hair'. Well we didn't wear any flowers but our stay was just as we thought it would be.  San Francisco....a city that back in 1967 hosted the 'Summer of Love', a city with so many landmarks made familiar to us through TV and film, a city that certainly didn't disappoint.

We had a three day stay over a weekend, which by lucky co-incidence included clear skies (no hint of fog), a blue grass festival and the San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show.
