Early Life

Colleen Wing grew up in a mountainous region near Honshu. After losing her mother shortly after birth, she was raised by her grandfather, Kenji Ozawa. Despite having raised eight children, Kenji chose to spare Colleen from the harsh path of war—but she proved different, naturally drawn to combat and discipline.

Embracing this calling, Colleen declared herself a samurai and underwent intense training in swordsmanship, martial arts, and acrobatics. Alongside her physical growth, she learned deeper philosophies about war and the value of life—lessons that would soon be tested.

Her life changed when her grandfather was murdered by The Nail, assassins tied to The Hand, who hunted him for abandoning their ranks. His final lesson stayed with her: revenge would mean failing everything he had tried to teach.
