Biography

Early Life

Carl began as a synthetic embryo, created in a laboratory by Dr. Mirna Denton under the request of Veronica Cale. The objective was clear: to recreate the birth of a mythological hybrid, inspired by Asterion, the Bull of Minos, but through scientific means rather than magic.

Instead of ritual, modern genetics took its place. Using Dr. Denton’s DNA combined with that of a mouse, the experiment aimed to produce a more controllable hybrid, one that could serve as a foundation for further research. The result was Carl, a being engineered rather than born, designed to bridge the gap between human intellect and animal adaptability.

For a year, he remained a subject of study, confined within a private cage and treated not as a person, but as a specimen. Subjected to constant observation and cruelty, his existence was defined by control, shaping the instincts that would later define him.

The MESSIAH

Carl eventually escaped, retreating into the hidden structures beneath the Empire’s facilities. There, within the walls and forgotten spaces, he began to build something of his own.

Using his connection to rodents, he formed a growing militia, turning lab rats into a coordinated force. What began as survival quickly evolved into something greater: a vision. A future where he would no longer be a subject, but a leader.

In time, this underground network became more than an army. It became a society, unified under a single figure who was seen not only as a commander, but as a messianic presence. The creatures followed him with unwavering belief, repeating their shared conviction: “Mouse Man knows.”

To Veronica Cale, however, he remains a problem with a simple solution, something that could be erased with minimal effort. Yet even she recognizes his importance, as his existence marks the beginning of something far more ambitious.

Carl is no longer just an experiment. He is proof of concept.
