Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
All the papers to be included in IEEEXplore should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
If you already used PDF eXpress for another paper in the same conference, follow this steps:
Once your pdf has been approved by IEEE PDF eXpress, the camera ready of your paper must be finally uploaded into EasyChair. Notice that you can download the camera ready from PDF eXpress once your paper is approved. The approved pdf has filename PIDxxxxxxx.pdf.
IEEE requires all authors or their employers who intend to publish in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library to provide a transfer of copyright.
Authors will receive an e-mail with a link to the online eCF wizard, as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms. When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.
Once you completed the entire process, you can register to the Conference. Registration is mandatory to get the paper included into the proceedings.
