This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Kings ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use any of our mobile applications ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Our Apps do NOT collect any of the following:
Your name, email address, or any personal identity information
Account or login information (no sign-up required)
Location data of any kind
Camera or microphone data
Contacts, phone data, or SMS data
Any data that leaves your device to our servers
Information Stored Locally On Your Device
Our Apps store the following data locally on your device only, using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us:
Quiz scores, game history, and past results
Your best scores and personal records
Total games or quizzes completed
Daily activity streak
App preferences (sound on/off, haptics, etc.)
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
Our Apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data is collected by Google, not by us directly. It may include:
Device advertising ID (GAID on Android)
IP address (used to estimate general location for ad targeting)
Device information (model, OS version)
App usage data and interaction with ads
Crash logs and diagnostic information

3. Share Feature
Our Apps include an optional Share button (e.g. on result screens). When you tap Share:
The app prepares a plain text message or image containing only your result
This is passed to your Android operating system's built-in Share Sheet
You choose which app to share with (WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, etc.)
We do NOT:
Collect any data through this feature
Access your contacts
Know which app you chose to share with
Store or transmit any information as a result of sharing
ℹ️ The share feature is entirely optional. The entire process is handled by your device's OS and the app you share to — not by us.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Apps use the following third-party services:
Google AdMob — In-app advertising | https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Services — App distribution | https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are rated "Everyone" and are suitable for all ages. However, our Apps are not directed specifically at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising in our Apps is provided by Google AdMob, configured to not use personalized advertising features directed at children.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our App, please contact us at 712eaglekings@gmail.com and we will address this immediately.
6. Data Safety — Google Play
In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements:
Data collected by us: None
Data stored on device: Game scores and preferences (local only, never transmitted)
Data shared with third parties: Advertising data shared with Google AdMob only
Data encryption: All ad data transmitted by AdMob is encrypted in transit
Data deletion: Local data deleted by uninstalling the app or using Reset in Settings
7. How To Delete Your Data
Our Apps store all data locally on your device only. To delete all your data:
Option 1 — In App:
Open the app → Settings → Clear History / Reset → Confirm
Option 2 — Uninstall:
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data from your device.
For data collected by Google AdMob:
Visit https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy to manage your Google advertising data

8. GDPR — European Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Right to access: You can request information about data collected
Right to deletion: You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app

Our Apps display a consent dialog for users in the EEA in compliance with GDPR requirements through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

10. Android Permissions Used
Our Apps request the following Android permissions:
INTERNET — Required to load advertisements and check connectivity
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Used to detect internet connectivity status
AD_ID — Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant advertisements

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
