We are a custom meat processor in Smiths Grove, Kentucky, about 10 miles north of Bowling Green. Since 2017, we've operated a feedlot for goats and sheep, and we began custom meat processing in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience to the table.
Our facility is state-of-the-art, and cleanliness is our top priority, with daily sanitation practices. We are dedicated to meeting each customer's needs as if it were our own, understanding the importance of accurate orders.
Our primary focus is on beef and pork, along with specialty meats. We also process deer, poultry, goats, and lambs.
We understand that raising your own livestock can be challenging. At E.A. Biggs Farms, we're here to help! We source locally raised, hormone-free beef from various farmers, offering both grass-fed and grain-fed options to suit your preferences.
Our custom beef cuts are available upon request and are priced competitively based on current market rates.

In addition to providing beef, we keep hogs on-site at all times. A typical weight for our custom-processed pork is 280-325 pounds.
