Our English club went on a special excursion to JAXA, extending our usual meeting time. Joining the English-guided tour was a great way for us to learn more about Japan’s space development activities. 

Although an English-guided tour can be quite challenging, joining it with familiar club members allowed us to help each other out and have a great time. Moreover, taking a field trip nearby was not only a fantastic way to practice English but also a refreshing change of pace for everyone.　

（日本語概略）JAXAへ大人の遠足に行ってきました。英語のガイドツアーで日本の宇宙開発についていろいろ学ぶことは本当に良い経験になりました。英語のツアーと聞くとちょっと身構えますが、いつものサークル仲間と、お互いにフォローし合いながら楽しく回れました。近場のお出かけは英語のいい練習になるだけでなく、みんなの最高の気分転換にもなりました！

【JAXA】

The visitor area features the Space Dome, Rocket Square, and Planet Cube. The Space Dome displays various rockets, satellites, and other exhibits, including full-scale models of the ISS Japanese Experiment Module "KIBO," the H-II Transfer Vehicle "KONOTORI," and lunar rovers.

The excursion also includes an English-guided bus tour of the space development facilities, such as the Astronaut Training Center and the KIBO Mission Control Center. 

（日本語概略）JAXAの見学エリアには、ロケット、人工衛星や実物大模型などワクワクするような展示が盛りだくさんです。英語のガイド付きバスツアーでは普段は見られない宇宙開発の舞台裏の案内があります。
