We are seeking a skilled and creative E-Learning Specialist to design, develop, and manage engaging digital learning experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into interactive, learner-centered online courses that support organizational goals.
Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, modules, and learning paths using instructional design best practices
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia learning materials
Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build interactive learning experiences
Manage and upload courses within a Learning Management System (LMS)
Apply adult learning theory and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to course design
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and learning analytics
Update and revise existing content based on performance data and business needs
Stay current with e-learning trends, tools, and technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience designing and developing e-learning content
Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Experience creating multimedia content (audio, video, graphics)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Experience supporting corporate training, higher education, or professional development programs
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or AICC standards
Knowledge of learning analytics and evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
