His Royal Government in Culver permits for the creation of businesses, both non profit and for profit. These businesses are required to be active in approved currencies. As of 2024, permitted currencies include any macronational currency approved by the United States of America (U.S.A) and Canada, in addition to the Baustralian boerc (BUB) and any currencies recognized by the Baustralian Government.

Companies registered to Culver are responsible to adhere to its laws, corporate laws passed by Baustralia may also be considered for enforcement upon necessity. For profit businesses are subject to acquisition when ordered by a high court in Culver and/or Baustralia.
