This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles information when downloaded, installed, or used on your mobile device.
The Application does not require account creation, registration, or login. We do not operate or maintain any remote user database. All calculations—including cable sizing, cable length measurement, motor calculations, transformer calculations, and queries in the built-in offline engineer assistant—are performed entirely locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We do not directly collect or store any personally identifiable information. However, the Application uses trusted third-party SDKs that may collect technical and device-level information automatically to support advertisements, app functionality, and billing verification:
Device information (device model, operating system version, screen resolution)
Android Advertising ID (AAID)
IP address and coarse network connection status
Performance metrics, diagnostics, and crash logs
The Application integrates trusted third-party services that operate under their own independent privacy policies:

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided any personal information through third-party services, please contact us at mnengineeringteam@gmail.com, and we will take immediate corrective action.
Because we do not store your calculations or personal data on remote servers, your primary app usage data remains entirely secure on your local device. Any data handled by third-party services (such as Google) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
Opt-Out of Data Collection: You can stop all data collection immediately by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Advertising Choices: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time via your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any updates.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the E-Calc Toolkit mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the Application.
E-Calc Toolkit is an engineering utility designed for calculation, estimation, reference, and educational purposes. While every effort has been made to ensure mathematical accuracy:
Electrical calculations (cable sizing, voltage drop, motor parameters, transformer calculations) must always be independently verified by a licensed engineer or qualified technician against official local electrical codes, standards (such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, BNBC), and manufacturer technical sheets prior to real-world installation or fabrication.
The Service Provider assumes no liability for hardware damage, installation errors, fire hazards, or operational downtime resulting from direct application of calculations generated by the app.
The Application offers optional premium access plans:
Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month.
Yearly Subscription: Automatically renews every year.
Lifetime Purchase: A single one-time non-recurring purchase granting perpetual premium access.
Billing & Payment:
All purchases are processed exclusively and securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect, process, or store any financial or credit card information.
For Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
The Lifetime plan is charged as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions:
You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings:
Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription; it must be canceled through your Google Play account.
Restoring Purchases:
Because the Application does not use account logins, your purchases are tied directly to your active Google account on the device. You can restore your previously purchased subscription or lifetime purchase on new devices using the in-app "Restore Purchase" option with the same Google account.
Refunds:
All refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.
The Application, its source code, design, layout, algorithms, formulas, and offline engineering knowledge base are the exclusive intellectual property of MN Engineering and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Application without prior written consent.
While the core engineering calculation tools function entirely offline, an active internet connection is required for displaying advertisements, verifying subscription status, and downloading app updates. The Service Provider is not liable for carrier data charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
