LOVE ME WHERE IT HURTS
Be ready to fall deeply in love again this May 2026.
We want to invite you into a moving, heartfelt romance about heartbreak, healing, and the kind of love that endures when life becomes difficult.
Love Me Where It Hurts follows Teresa de Leon, a woman trying to rebuild her life after a painful betrayal, and Andres Varela, the unexpected man who continues to appear in the middle of her most difficult days.
What begins with unfortunate timing and emotional distance slowly grows into something deeper, more grounded, and far more powerful than either of them expected. As trust is tested and hidden truths come to light, Teresa must decide whether love can still be chosen after disappointment, fear, and loss.
Tender, emotional, and deeply human, Love Me Where It Hurts is a story about being seen fully, being loved sincerely, and discovering that the right person will never ask you to become less.

INSTRUCTION AND DEADLINE TO GET YOUR PERSONALIZED eSIGNED COPY
Okies mga Katropa, para maumpisahan ko na ang pag-form ng list ng padadalhan ng signed and personalized eBook because it may take time to produce and distribute. We are not expecting na maraming mag-re-respond kaya medyo nai-stress si Awtor lol. Ang sabi ko kasi sa kanya, mga 10 to 15 lang. Nung sinabi kong dagdagan niya ng zero, naloka siya. Feeling kasi yata niya kasinghaba ng isang nobela ang isusulat niyang personal na mensahe to each and every one. Sabi ko, hindi naman, mga 2000 words lang, short story lang, wahahaha! Pero okay lang naman daw sa kanya, kaso, guys, huwag maging impatient, ha? Be kind to aliens na laging busy hehehe.
Sa mga gusto ng personalized signed copy, please DM the following info. The deadline for submission (with no extension) is April 15, 2026

From the Author
Some of the stories in We Buried Love in the Walls came from old ideas I started writing as far back as 2004. Others were written much later, up to 2024, with a heavier heart, a sharper voice, and a deeper love for dark fiction.
Looking back, I realized I kept writing about the same thing in different forms: love that turns rotten, obsessive, painful, and frightening.
This collection carries pieces of many versions of me as a writer. The younger one is still trying to be fearless. The older one is trying to be more honest. The one writing from heartbreak, grief, curiosity, and all the strange, dark thoughts that never fully leave.
This book is more than a collection. It feels like years of shadows, feelings, and questions gathered in one place.
Thank you for reading. I hope these stories stay with you for a long time.

From the Editors & Publisher
We have made a number of unedited sample stories available in advance. These are the same stories that readers can preview before the official release in November 2026. You can read them for free, share your reactions, and leave comments at https://dyslexicparanoia.com until October 2026.
Early preview releases are an important part of the publishing process. By sharing these stories in their unedited form, we are giving readers a chance to experience the work early, connect with the material, and offer feedback before publication. It is a valuable way to build conversation around the book while allowing the audience to witness part of its development leading up to release.
This will be available in both Print and Digital formats.

NEW SCHEDULED STORIES
DARK, STEAMY, AND WEIRD.
You have been forewarned. If this is not your cup of tea, stop whining, just walk away, and find better things to do. This will not be published on a public writing platform such as WP or Inkitt, so you will not have any excuse to "accidentally" read them again. Give us a break.
For Intentional Readers only: The Writer and the Team have been working on these for at least 3 (or more) years, and now they are in their final touches. Real writing is a bloody contact sport, and kudos to the team for sticking to it alongside others. We want to give you a heads-up that these are the titles to look forward to exclusively on the official website, hopefully by the end of the year.
Stay tuned on this page or follow us on Ko-fi for updates sent directly to your email.
These will be available exclusively on:

A heartfelt message from the Author
An open "love" letter to our generous Ko-FI sponsors, and to every reader who continues to stay with me,
Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.
I keep all of you in my prayers, and I am deeply grateful for the kindness you have shown the people who help me continue this writing journey. What you gave may seem small to others, just a little help for coffee, just a practical gift, but to me, it means so much more. It feels like care. It feels like support. It feels like being reminded that this dream still matters, and that the people helping me carry it matter too.
Because of your generosity, the editors, admins, illustrators, and publishers who have stood by me have received a little extra strength in their work. Their time, skill, and effort are not free in the real world, and I know that. What they do has value. Still, they have continued to help me with patience, generosity, and heart, even during times when I could not always give something back. That kind of kindness is not something I take lightly.
Through your support, their coffee fund has been filled, and that simple gift has helped more than words can say. It has provided energy during exhausting days, consolation during long hours, and support during trying times. The smallest deed of kindness can sometimes have the greatest impact. A cup of coffee can be more than just coffee at times. Sometimes it's a subdued way of telling someone to keep going. I have faith in your abilities.
To all the readers on my personal website, and to those who purchase my work, thank you as well.
Thank you for continuing to support my writing even as I keep my distance from toxic online writing spaces. I stepped away from those places because they often felt exhausting, competitive, and unhealthy. Too often, writers are made to feel that they have to be loud just to be noticed, included, or taken seriously. That kind of environment does not give me peace. It does not help me create.
I am a passionate writer, but I do not dream of greater recognition. I am not chasing a bigger spotlight. More than anything, I only want a safe space to exist, to write, and to share my work honestly. That is enough for me. That is the kind of life I want as a writer.
Even so, if there is one good thing I carry with me from the crowded writing spaces I used to belong to, despite the toxic and dishonest people I met there, it is this: I also met warm and friendly people like you. And that means a lot to me. In the middle of all the noise, there were still real people with kind hearts. There were still those who gave me a sense of acceptance, understanding, and support. The best thing I took away from those spaces was you.
It means more to me than words can convey that you continued to find me, encourage me, and stick with my work. You accepted my tales without asking me to change into someone harder, louder, or less authentic. I will always remember that kind of support, which is uncommon.
I am therefore grateful to those who assist me. I appreciate you giving me a voice. I appreciate your kind, sincere, and genuine support for my work. Your generosity has given me courage in trying times and solace in lonely ones. That thankfulness is with me every day.
With all of my prayers, love, and thanks.
You have brought warmth to this journey, and I will always remember that.
Angela
