How to set up the Dymo printer?

Visitor supports various types of printers for printing guest badges. You can follow the steps below to set up your Dymo printer from your Visitor web app.

  • Click on the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select "Account Settings".

  • Under "Printer List", click "Setup Instructions" and select Dymo in the pop-up window.

  • You will be shown the steps to set up your printer and the relevant links for it as well.

  • Then go back to the "Printer List" tab and click "Add Printer"

  • Select Dymo in the popup window and then your printer model name from the list. e.g. 550 Turbo label maker.

  • That's it, you're done. You can now start printing guest badges hassle-free on your Dymo printer.
