Our laboratory is dedicated to understanding the biology of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a devastating cancer of the blood and bone marrow, with the aim of developing new treatments. We use molecular, cellular, biochemical, and bioinformatics approaches in AML cell lines and patient samples to discover unique vulnerabilities in AML cells.
