Payment is processed through the applicable App Store and is subject to its terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off in accordance with the applicable App Store's settings and requirements.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Any refund requests are handled according to the applicable App Store's refund policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service.
