Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and may subject your account to termination.

4.Your Responsibility in Using Our Service

You agree that, while using the DWA Soft services, you will not, under any circumstances:

- send, post, transmit, or make available any material or information that may be abusive, threatening obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive;

- stalk, harass, threaten, or defraud other DWA Soft users;

- use, develop, or distribute any robot, spider, unauthorized script, unauthorized scraper or offline reader, or any other cheat, mod, hack or the like, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with or provide automated access to or use of the DWA Soft service;

- buy, sell, trade, or advertise to sell any virtual currency or items or Game Account;

- develop, distribute, or publicly inform other members of "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs, or other "cheat utility" software programs or applications;

- exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other members of any game error, miscue, or bug which gives an unintended advantage;

- share the password of the game account or other information that let anyone else access your game account;

- access another user's game account without permission;

5.Guest Account

Please keep in mind that you may not receive customer support or may not use virtual items or virtual currency for which you have paid if you change your mobile device without creating a game account.

6.Suspension & Termination of game account

DWA Soft may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of the game account if we have a reasonable belief that you fail to comply with any portion of our policy. In such an event, DWA Soft is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation.

7. Suspension & Termination of DWA Soft Service/Game

DWA Soft reserves the right to stop providing or supporting any part of the our games or a particular game at any time either permanently or temporarily, at which point your license to use the our services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated or suspended. In such an event, DWA Soft is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued elements of the DWA Soft services.

8. Fees and Purchase Terms

Some DWA Soft Games may be described as a "free game", you may download and play such games free of charge, but they may have in-app purchase and charge real money for additional game content. You agree and acknowledge that DWA Soft is not required to provide a refund for any reason. Your purchase is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, and transferable.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you. DWA Soft may revise the pricing for the goods and services it provides to you at any time.

9.AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers fine tune our product. We do not gather any data from the child other than first name and reading age. This is only stored locally on the device and is optional. It never leaves the device, and will be erased if the user deletes the app.

10.DOES THE APPLICATION COLLECT PRECISE REAL TIME LOCATION INFORMATION OF THE DEVICE?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. if DWA soft is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you.

11.WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 12.DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to one year and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at dwasoft2019@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
