The member may refuse to provide the above personal information. However, if you refuse to provide personal information, you may not be able to use some or all of the services.
Article 2 Purpose of collecting and using personal information
For personal information collected/provided, the company distinguishes items that require consent from items that do not need consent for processing as shown below. The purpose of use by item is as follows.
1) Items requiring the consent of the members
1. Member ID (e-mail address), Facebook ID: Personal identification of service use, poor member management, complaint handling and other customer service, and notification delivery
2. Password: Confirm access based on service use
3. Phone number, name in address book, Facebook friend information included in member mobile phone address book: community service such as friend matching, game invitation, ranking information provision, gift function etc.

5. GPS location information, cell-id, and WIFI-AP (WIFI-AP only): Coordinate measurement for location-based service delivery

7. Mobile device model name, OS information, OS version, subscription carrier information: service quality improvement and statistical information processing
8. IP address: Restrictions on the detection and utilization of abnormal users, performance of contracts, dispute handling, etc.

10. Address, telephone number: Purpose of shipping prizes during the event
2) Items that do not require consent from the members
1. Access records (visits, etc.): Improve service quality, execute contracts, and handle disputes
2. Payment information: Pay-to-customer service for paid service use
3. Gaming Invitation ID: Identifying invite members and rewarding them when inviting a game
3) Items provided and used by affiliates
Only the contents that are separately loaded with the main authentication service, encrypted personal identification information/duplicate registration confirmation information/ date of birth/ gender information/ foreign information are provided by the main certification authority, and are used for the following purposes.
1. Name/encrypted personal identification/duplicate registration confirmation: By this recognition, double entry verification

Article 3 Duration of personal information retention and use
Personal information collected under the consent of the member shall be retained and used while the membership is maintained. In case of request for termination, the information shall be deleted completely from the disc by a method that cannot be replayed. The information shall be processed in a state where it cannot be accessed or used at a later.
However, the company can temporarily store the member ID (e-mail address) for up to 14 days from the date of cancellation and completely delete it in a way that cannot be played back. Exceptions are made when the following numbers apply.
1) Records on contract or withdrawal of subscription, etc. when it is necessary to preserve the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act, etc.

Article 4 Sharing and Providing Personal Information
The company uses the members' personal information within the stated purpose when collecting the members' personal information and, in principle, does not disclose the members' personal information to the outside world without prior consent from the members. Exceptions are made in the following cases.
1. In case a member agrees to disclose the information in advance
2. In case of violation of service terms and policies, such as service terms and conditions posted on the website or other member services;
3. In case there is sufficient evidence that personal information should be disclosed to take legal action against others by inflicting mental and material damage on others using the service;
4. If it is deemed in good faith that it is required by other laws;
e.g. when data is compulsory under the relevant laws or at the request of courts, investigative agencies, or other administrative agencies by due process.
Article 5 Disposal procedures and methods of personal information
The personal information of the members is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and utilization is achieved. The destruction procedures and methods are managed according to the following criteria.
1) Demolition procedure
Information collected/used by the company, such as information entered by the members for membership or provided by affiliates such as the identification agency, shall be stored and destroyed during the storage period according to the internal policy and other related statutes after the purpose of use is achieved.
2) Disposal method
1. Personal information printed on paper shall be destroyed by grinding or incineration.
2. Personal information records stored in electronic file form are deleted using technical methods that cannot be played back.
Article 6 The rights of users and legal representatives and their methods of exercise
Members and legal representatives may withdraw their consent to the provision of personal information at any time (withdrawal of members). To withdraw the consent for the provision of personal information, you can click "Exit membership" or "Delete account" in the service to proceed with the withdrawal, or you can withdraw the consent for the provision of personal information through the Customer Center. In addition, personal information of registered self or children under 14 years of age can be inquired or modified by legal representatives only.
You can inquire the customer’s personal information through the Customer Center (dwgamescs@gmail.com) or the ‘1:1 Inquiry’ function within the contents. If you need a correction, contact the Customer Center and we will take action without delay.
If a member requests correction for a personal information error, the personal information shall not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the results of the correction without delay so that the correction can be made.
The company processes personal information that has been revoked or deleted at the request of the members or their legal representatives in accordance with the provisions set forth in 3. "The retention and utilization period of personal information" and cannot be accessed or used for any other purposes.
Article 7 Items related to the installation/operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices
The company uses ‘Cookie’ to store and retrieve member information to provide customized services to the members. Cookies are stored on a member's mobile device as tiny text files that the server used to operate the service sends to the member's mobile device. Afterwards, if a member uses the service, the server reads the contents of cookies stored on the member's mobile device to check the member's information and provide customized services.
The company uses ‘Cookie’ to store and retrieve member information to provide customized services to the members. Cookies are stored on a member's mobile device as tiny text files that the server used to operate the service sends to the member's mobile device. Afterwards, if a member uses the service, the server reads the contents of cookies stored on the member's mobile device to check the member's information and provide customized services.
Article 8 Technical and administrative protection measures for personal information
The company implements the following technical and administrative measures to ensure safety without losing, stealing, leaking, tampering, or damaging personal information in handling the members’ personal information.
The company does its best to prevent leakage or damage of members' personal information by hacking or computer viruses. In preparation for personal information damage, the company backs up data frequently, prevents leakage or damage of members' personal information or data by using the latest vaccine program, and ensures safe transmission of personal information on the network through cryptographic algorithms. We use the intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from outside, and we strive to have all possible technical devices to ensure system stability.
The company limits the handling of the members' personal information to the person in charge, and regularly renews the members by giving them a separate password. Through frequent training, the company always emphasizes compliance with the company's Privacy Policy.

The services provided by the company are based on mobile devices. Because personal information may be leaked if a mobile device is lost, be careful not to lose the mobile device. Article 10 Civil Service on Personal Information
The company collects your opinions regarding the members' personal information and prepares all procedures and methods for handling complaints.
The member shall report the complaint through the prescribed procedures, such as phone calls, 1:1 questions, and the company will provide a prompt and sufficient response to the member's report, referring to the above paragraph "Assignments, Names and Contacts of the Company's Personal Information Managers and Managers."
