Duyuni is a debt and payment management app designed to help users record customers, debts, payments, receipts, account summaries, and archived records.
Information We Collect
Duyuni may store information that you enter into the app, including customer names, phone numbers, debt records, payment records, notes, business name, currency settings, app language, and app preferences.
If you choose to create an account or use cloud sync, Duyuni may also process your email address, user ID, and synced app data through Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider.
How We Use Information
We use the information only to provide app functionality, including saving customer records, saving debt and payment records, calculating balances, generating receipts, sending WhatsApp messages selected by the user, backing up data, syncing data across devices, and protecting the app with PIN or biometric unlock when enabled.
Local Data
Duyuni can be used without logging in. In local mode, your data is stored on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, local records may be removed.
Cloud Sync
If you log in and use cloud sync, your records may be uploaded to Supabase so they can be backed up and restored. Cloud sync is optional.
WhatsApp Messages
Duyuni can create WhatsApp debt notices, payment receipts, and account statement messages. Messages are only sent when you choose to send them. WhatsApp is a third-party service and is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Data may be processed by service providers used to run the app, such as Supabase for optional login and cloud sync.
Security
We use reasonable security measures. Data sent to Supabase is transmitted over HTTPS. PIN codes are stored as a hashed value on the device. Biometric unlock uses the device’s native biometric system when available.
Data Deletion
You can delete customers, debts, payments, and local app data from within the app. If you use cloud sync and want your cloud account or cloud data deleted, contact us at: mikailibrahim333@gmail.com
Children
Duyuni is not intended for children under 13.

Duyuni is for record keeping only. It does not provide loans, credit, banking services, debt collection services, or financial advice.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
