This month's Newsletter is dedicated to the love of my life, Reid Bunker. The November 2025 Newsletter was half completed when my husband passed on October 22nd. The portion of the newsletter already written at that point, along with the monthly calendar, is posted below.
November 2025 Newsletter
(dates and time ET)
Hi Star Babies,
The sign Scorpio♏, which runs from around October 22nd to November 22nd, is the spookiest, most intense and mysterious thirty days of the year. Look for your Scorpio house…creep through your zodiacal neighborhood until you find the one with turrets and a crenulated roof line resembling bared teeth, a heavy oak door reinforced with bands of steel, and a moat filled with hungry crocodiles, and you’ve arrived at the right place.
Not that you’re private or hiding anything…like maybe your secret desires and passions.
This is the place you’ve been lodging since October 22nd and you will continue to be a guest until the 20th of this month. Unlike Hotel California, you will be able to leave…but, in the meantime do enjoy this stay.
When I told my son we all have Scorpio in our chart somewhere, his response was: “I don’t. I had that surgically removed.” I told him that type of cosmic surgery was impossible.
On November 2nd, take note of the dark hour after midnight, around 2:00am, when the clocks are turned back one hour in the USA. Except for those who don’t observe DST in our realm…Arizona, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico. Tuck this in your memory bank. You never know when it might come in handy.
On November 4, Mars emerges from Scorpio ♏at 8:00am, still intact from the depths of intensity and looks forward to entering the fiery sign Sagittarius in your chart.
Just after noon on the 4th, when Mars opposes unpredictable Uranus in Gemini♊, you rebel against those whom you feel are holding you back. You may just decide to liberate yourself from those situations. Basically, be aware of your interactions today and act accordingly. This aspect speaks freedom…
Mars remains in Sagittarius♐ until December 16th…just in time for the holiday rush! And you’ll be rushing while Mars is travelling through this sign. Sagittarius, who rules horses, needs to be on the move so you may find your galloping for the next 41 days! Follow your Mars energy around the chart; when it enters a house in your chart, take charge there and get it done.
Every Full Moon means the Moon is opposite the Sun so both energies are involved as they are on November 5th, where we glow under the Full Moon🌕at 13° Taurus♉. This Taurus Moon is all about the Earth, practical matters, security, and sensual desires. It sits opposite intense Scorpio, the sign of hidden mysteries.
Some may say the chart for this Full Moon chart reveals a void-of-course moon (called a void moon) which means the Moon makes no significant aspects before entering the next sign. These periods can last two to four hours up to a day creating a feeling of malaise, a brain fog like detachment from the world causing periods of indecision.
In this chart, Mercury conjunct Mars (a heated mind) in fiery Sagittarius ♐sits opposite the exposer Uranus in Gemini♊. Since oppositions rule contracts, significant laws or contracts that come to light these few days can be the subject of heated debate.
However, you might find the seed of a quirky solution to some situation or project currently in your wheelhouse.
This Full Moon occurs at mystical number 13 (13°). Hmm…
Because of space restrictions, fuller explanations of the following two paragraphs are not possible. However, I’ll explain the Nodes and the ‘hidden aspects’ in concise but hopefully understandable terms so those of you who are new to astrology will see the light under this Full Moon. The Full Moon is perfect for ‘getting it’.
We’re still talking about the Taurus ♉ Full Moon on November 5th.
Under this Full Moon, the Sun and Moon favorably aspects the lunar nodes.
Let’s talk about the Lunar Nodes.
The lunar nodes (the glyphs look like headphones) are not planets but are the points at which the Moon’s orbit around the Earth intersects the Earth’s path around the Sun. Always remember that astrology is an earth-based view of the heavens.
In the lexicon of astrology, the South Node reveals your soul’s past journey, emotions that need to be released or balanced, and the skills you already have developed.
The North Node reveals the qualities you need to develop, and the new emotional experiences needed on your future path of growth and evolution.
Under the revealing light of this Full Moon (remember Scorpio is involved sitting opposite Taurus, and Scorpio contains hidden secrets) these favorable aspects (quintiles, sesquiquintile) may give you insight into your past and your future. Record your dreams, the moon rules dreams.
In addition, and significantly, this Full Moon chart reveals two major aspects: the Moon quintiles Jupiter which taps your ability to reach deeper for knowledge while the Sun sesquiquintiles Jupiter connecting you to your DNA cosmic library and opening books to your past.
Little used or recognized today, you will find full page descriptions of these aspects in my book, Astrology’s Hidden Aspects.
With the above-mentioned active Mars/Mercury in fiery Sagittarius ♐engaged in energized dialogue with an unpredictable Uranus in intellectual Gemini♊, you may gain some insights into your talents and your destiny under the five-day spread of this powerful Full Moon. (We all have a ‘talent’ and a ‘destiny’ in this life.)
Astrology’s Hidden Aspects: Quintiles and Sesquiquintiles, reveals the importance of the 72° quintile and the 108° sesquiquintile which the Egyptians called the “sacred golden bowls”. Gathered through thirty years of research into sacred geometry, Masonic manuscripts, religious texts, Egyptian symbols and more, these aspects should be considered among the most important in the lexicon of astrology because they reveal your hidden talents and your legacy, your path to destiny.
A little breather here…roll your shoulders, stretch your arms heavenward, feel the tingle in your spine…get up and walk around if you feel the need…give yourself time to think…but do come back to finish reading this newsletter.
Many of the Full Moon names come from Native American cultures, a few moon names originated in Europe. These descriptive names identify the seasons in the Northern Hemisphere. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, the November Full Moon is known as the Full Beaver Moon when the beavers were busily preparing for winter. It was also called the Frosty Moon.
On November 6th, Venus slips into Scorpio adding intensity to the Full Moon above. UNFINISHED…
