This simple exchange between Dr. Miranda Jones and Mr. Spock describes the foundational aspect of Vulcan philosophy, Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations. I also view this exchange as the foundation of my views on DEI. By embracing the many differences between individuals, I feel that we make a better researchers, communicators, and better humans.
