A closing attorney can do more than just "shuffling the paper" on the closing table.  Although the "shuffling" is very valuable to help you understand the legal aspect of your investment, there are other duties they can help with (for example: holding escrow funds, research title records, liens, deed preparation/recording, etc).  You want closing to be smooth and the attorney you choose to work for you will be the key to this smooth closing!
