Unit 4 in Imagine It series :Helping Hands.  This unit will give the children an opportunity to talk about and learn more about community helpers. They will learn about postal workers, police officers and firefighters.

Math connects: Chapter 7: Compare measurements

Students will be writing numbers 1-30 daily and learning to match numerals to objects.

Science

Map of our community: Students will color a sheet with a simple community map. We will talk about directions and location on the map.
