Upcoming Events
There are over 700 million people world-wide that don't have basic access to clean drinking water. We are pleased to support charity: water with this concert, who is workimg towards providing safe water in under-developed countries across the world. You can donate at the door at the June 12th concert, or you can donate online at any time! The awesome thing about this charity is that 100% of donations actually go to providing clean water - no 'administrative fees' or other things that take away from the mission.
So happy to contribute to the Founder's Day Picnic! Local rancher John Ignatius made the first endowment back in the '90's and it grew from there; now CFSEA is a huge contributor to our community, in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area, through community grants and other amazing initiatives. ProArts is celebrating 20 years of bringing the arts and audiences together in the beautiful historical Christ Redeemer Cathedral in downtown Calgary! You can catch us there on Wednesday, June 1 as part of the free ProArts Noon Hour Concert series!
Medicine Hat is hosting its first ever Hot Air Balloon Festival, in partnership with Our Collective Journey. We're excited to be providing music for the Fundraiser happening at the same time at Echo Dale, on May 27! It is going to be so cool to watch the hot air balloons rising up over the river in the evening sun!
The MHC Community Chorus is open to adults of every level and has two concerts a year. Conducted by the amazing Justine Wilks, the choir has a great time and does some amazing repertoire! Laec has enjoyed performing with them both at the Christmas concert, and now for the Rutter Requiem!
