DulaDul: Terms of Service Last Updated: March 2026
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing or using DulaDul: Social Hobby Connect (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and The Developer ("We," "Us"). If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. If we discover a user is under 18, the account will be terminated immediately without notice.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & CONDUCT The App allows users to post photos, comments, and messages. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from posting content that is: (a) Obscene, lewd, or sexually explicit; (b) Harassing, threatening, or defamatory; (c) Promoting illegal activities; (d) Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Moderation & Removal: We employ a 24/7 moderation system. We reserve the right to monitor, review, and delete any content that violates these terms. Users who repeatedly violate these rules will be permanently banned.
Reporting: Users can report any objectionable content or users via the in-app reporting tools. We commit to taking action on reported items within 24 hours.
4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & PAYMENTS
The App may offer virtual credits or tokens for purchase via Apple In-App Purchases.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
No Monetary Value: Virtual credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
"AS-IS" BASIS: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the App will be at your sole risk.
NO LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: (a) Errors or inaccuracies of content; (b) Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to the App; (c) Any unauthorized access to our secure servers; (d) Any interactions (online or offline) between users. We do not perform background checks on users.
6. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Developer from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your contributions to the App or your violation of these Terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Developer resides.
