DukaanPro ("the App", "we", "us") is an inventory and billing app for shop owners, operated by MDAN SERVICES and managed by civorra.in. This policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account info: your name and email (from Google Sign-In).
- Business data you enter: shop details, products, inventory, bills, sales, and customer details (names, phone numbers) that you add.
- Manager accounts: email and password for staff accounts an owner creates.
- Payments: subscription payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide inventory, billing, GST invoices, customer ledgers, and reports.
- To sync your data across your and your staff's devices.
- To process subscription payments through Razorpay.
- To provide customer support.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Only you and the staff you authorize can access your shop's data. We use industry-standard security measures.
4. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Google Firebase — secure storage and login.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
5. Customer Data You Enter
If you add customers' names or phone numbers, you are responsible for their consent. This is used only for your shop's ledger and to send payment reminders via WhatsApp from your own device.
6. Permissions Used
- Camera: scan product barcodes/QR codes.
- Bluetooth: connect a thermal receipt printer.
- Files/Storage: import inventory (Excel/CSV) and export backups.
- Internet: sync data and process payments.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email us. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Updates appear on this page with a new date.
