LAND ONLY PACKAGE

SINGLE: $5,350.00 Per Person | DOUBLE: $4,570.00 Per Person


Single occupancy accommodations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The double rate is per person, based on double occupancy. A $350 per person deposit is required to secure your spot. Please note, if you are arriving separately from the group, transfers will not be included.

AIR & LAND PACKAGE

SINGLE: $6,550.00 Per Person | DOUBLE: $5,770.00 Per Person


Single occupancy accommodations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The double rate is per person, based on double occupancy. A $500 per person deposit is required to secure your spot. The flight will depart from (JFK) John F Kennedy International Airport on April 9, 2026. Please note, if you are arriving separately from the group, transfers will not be included.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

  • Passport Requirements: A valid passport is required for international travel, and it must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before October 15, 2026.
  • Pricing and Currency Exchange: All prices are based on current exchange rates at the time of booking. Should the U.S. dollar devalue, Simplistic Journeys reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any increases due to currency changes.
  • Visa Information: At present, U.S. passport holders can obtain a visa upon entry into Dubai with no fee required. If this policy changes, we will notify you via email.
  • Land-Only Package: If you select the Land Only Package, you will need to arrange your own flights and airport transfers. The group will fly into Dubai International Airport (DXB), arriving on April 10, 2026, with departure scheduled for April 16, 2026. If booking your own flights, please align your travel dates and transfers accordingly. You will need to leave from the United States on April 9, 2026
  • Flight Schedule: The full airline schedule for the group package will be released in May 2025.
  • Hotel Check-In: A major credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
  • Itinerary: A detailed, day-by-day itinerary will be provided no later than 60 days prior to departure.
  • Facebook Group: A private Facebook group will be created approximately 30 days before the trip to keep you updated and connected.
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
  • All payments to Simplistic Journeys are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
  • If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package. 
  • Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to Simplistic Journeys. Failure to do so results in a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
  • A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance to reinstate your booking any time after cancellation.
  • You are responsible to keep Simplistic Journeys informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
