YouTube Dual Live Sync accesses URLs and playback information for YouTube tabs selected by the user. It also temporarily processes audio from selected tabs when the user enables audio synchronization features.
YouTube tab information is used to identify and synchronize the selected videos.
Tab audio is processed locally in the browser to measure timing differences and apply audio delays.
Selected stream URLs, language preferences, and synchronization settings may be stored locally through Chrome's extension storage.
The extension does not record audio files or transmit captured audio to the developer's servers.
The extension does not sell or share user data with advertisers or third parties and does not use external analytics services.
Audio analysis is performed locally in the user's browser.
Users can clear saved stream URLs through the extension's interface. Uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored extension settings.
User information accessed by this extension is used only to provide the synchronization features described in the extension's interface and Chrome Web Store listing.
