Q: I can't move the collapsed floating window.
A: To move the window hold and drag on the outer lighter part of the collapsed window. To expand it click on the inner part with the icon. You can't use the inner part with the icon to drag the collapsed window.
Q: I can't move the expanded(normal) window.
A: Try to hold and drag the top bar on the window.
Q: I can't close the window or force stop the App to close the window for any reason.
A: Try restarting your phone into Safe Mode. Generally this is done by going to the power menu and long pressing the restart option. This will disable all 3rd party Apps until you restart your Phone again. You can then take further action such as uninstalling or stopping the App that is causing trouble. Consider reporting the issue so we can get it resolved by joining our Discord or contacting us via Email.
